Big Idea Project - Win 10 Gold, Help the eUK, All Entries a Winner!

Hello loyal subjects of His Majesty Mr Woldy,
Would you like to win 10 Gold? Then read on!
Why?
The eUK needs a new initiative to make it better. Our direction is often decided by elected representatives, but one man (or woman, if this wasn't the internet) cannot come up with tons of ideas on his own, so why don't we help out?
How?
The competition is simple - you come up with a unique idea to help the eUK innovate and become better. Maybe it will make us stronger, maybe it will increase tax revenues, maybe you know of a more efficient or effective way to run the country; this is all up to you!
To enter, submit your idea to me, either in comments, messages, forum PM, IRC or Skype for those who have me added. One entry per person. To qualify, you must be an eUK citizen or a member of the eUK community since 25th November 2012 if you have foreign citizenship.
Scoring
Your score will be decided from the following critera:
-Simplicity
-Realisticness
-Unique
-Innovative
-eUK Specific
-Bonus points for fun ideas
Judging
Judging will be done by me for now. I am planning to eventually message the CP, MoF and MoHA to help with the judging, as they're the most in touch with the reality of the realisticness for the ideas, although I'm anticipating that they might be a little too busy.
EDIT: After a conversation with Betafoxtrot, we're now thinking of ways to integrate this with the ministry of education to increase the benfits on the eUK.

Prizes
1st Place - 10 Gold
2nd Place - 6 Gold
3rd Place - 3 Gold
4th Place - 1 Gold
5th Place - 300 GBP
6th Place - 250 GBP
7th Place - 200 GBP
8th Place - 150 GBP
All other entries will be rewarded based on how highly their idea scores. This can be anything from 100 Q1 food (absolute minimum) to 100 GBP!
If your idea is adopted by the government, you'll win a week's supply of food and Q7 weapons.
Deadline
The absolute deadline will be Sunday 2nd December. Winners will be announced no later than Sunday 9th December. (Hopefully much sooner, but it depends on the volume of entries!)

Just for extra reference if you're stuck for ideas - Retention, recruiting eUK citizens, helping the eUK economy, helping the treasury and making the eUK stronger in general are just some examples of what your idea can support!

Ask other countries if they have any good policies. We can share them around, I'm sure they'll have some we don't and vice-versa. We could arrange IRC meetings between equivalent ministers from our country and from abroad, for example BetaFoxTrot, Dalze and SloLegend (Ministers of Education from similar size countries). Does that count as an idea?
This idea is very much open to allies if the volume of suggestions by them is manageable! And sure 😃

I've always said it, eUK needs an ePremiership 😛 Community's always better with a sports and entertainment option! It's more external stuff though so not sure it'd be popular straight away, but I bet loads of our guys would be interested in some form of sporting league tied into eRep.

seeing as how the chance of attack is low at the given moment, maybe not renew a few non-necessary MPP's and using the money to sponsor government weapons companies to influence job and weapon markets.
