Hello all!

I promised a second part to the Big Idea Project following the success of the initial event I ran. I know it's earlier than planned, but the opportunity for the second part is pretty good right now! First up, I'll start off with a little update on the previous part:
-Currently in talks with Lilly Jayne Summers about a citizenship pack. Also in talks with Elvis Trout about giving him financial backing to run his idea.
-I plan to talk to the next group of ideas at some point next week.

And now, for part two:

Economic Stimulus Experiment

This is an idea I came up with myself some time back to encourage a stronger economy. This is the biggest project of it's kind that I know of in eRepublik history, although I could be wrong. Either way, it's something that I feel will be a nice boost to the eUK's economic strength - what better time to increase economic strength than in the midst of war?

How It Will Work

To sum it up: I pay you 50GBP every day to spend on B

I am going to set aside 100,000GBP to make this idea work. It's pretty unlikely we'll use up the entire budget, so the leftovers will be used to fund the next idea, in part three.

People will apply to be apart of the scheme, and the people I think will use the money best (details found below) will be enrolled in the scheme. Ideally I'd like to see at least 50 in this, but I know that it's difficult to give it the right publicity and so any number will do! Unfortunately, if we end up with less than 15 participants, it won't work and we'll have to find something else to do.

Successful applicants can choose how often they want to be paid. The initial test run with the £100k budget will run until the end of December. The budget can support up to 124 participants. So if you choose daily, I'll try to get your £50 to you every day. If weekly, then you'll get £350 (equivalent of one gold) every week.

I'll frequently try to catch up with you on what you've been buying. I'll also be tracking the markets and speaking to known manufacturers/eUK sellers about their product performance over the two weeks. I'll compile a report at the end to inform people of the success.

Selection Criteria

People will be pooled in to the following groups:

-Military Players (People who do significantly more damage in battle than the rest)
-Political Members (people who do a lot of political campaigning)
-Economic Players (People who play for the economic module)
-New Players
-Level 23 - 29 casual* players
-Level 30+ casual* players

*Casual players are people who basically just 'two click' and aren't overly involved with any areas.

You'll be asked to categorise yourself upon applying. I want to ideally get an even mix of all groups, this is how your applications will be decided.

How It Can Help the eUK

-Increaed market activity
-Stronger tax revenues
-More active job market
-More damage for the eUK in divisions 1,2 & 3

How to Apply

First up, we need people who sell large numbers of goods on the eUK markets. I have a few names in mind that I might message. All you'll be required to do is exchange a few messages with me over how your revenues are doing so I can monitor the success of the idea. I'll also encourage participants to buy goods of affiliated retailers, so there's definitely an increase of business for taking part.

Next, the most important part, I need test subjects!

The following are the terms you'll be expected to abide by for the participation in the experiment:

-All money must be spent within the eUK
-'Black Marketing' or avoiding VAT should be avoided where possible
-Money shouldn't be saved up, the aim is to circulate money around the economy
