because the media sucks today

After looking at todays offerings in the media, I've come the conclusion that more kitty and cute animal pics are required. 🙂

Too cute!

We currently have 4 cats and 5 Ringneck parrots among other animals. Yes, my place is a zoo.

The above aren't any of my cats or Ringnecks but give me time. It will happen...just as soon as the birds stop swooping the cats and the cats stop stalking the birdies..

I once saw this cartoon where there was this puddy tat and a tweety bird. Believe it or not, this puddy tat wanted to eat the tweety bird!

When the birdies are outside in the aviary, at least one of our kitties are always close by. They chase away the bad tomcat from next door that is always looking to eat them. Not sure if it's because ours want to protect them or just the ownership thing that cats all do. So far we've had no cases of a kitty chasing a bird when they are all free-ranging in the house, but we've had a bird that swoops the cats!
