Be assured that my the person I was then is long gone. Though it may not look like much on the surface, I have grown considerably over the past few years and am grateful for the opportunity to use the experience I have gathered for the betterment of this country. With my changed perspective, I truly believe I will be able to bring about the change we are all desperately seeking.

Many people have already begun to stand up and find their voice, and we need to see more of this if we are to continue progressing towards a better future.

Although you may have assembled that which is required to step up and pursue a new era, the will prove futile without diversity of thought within our Congress.

That is why I ask of you, to find the courage that I know lies within your hearts, and be the change that your nation needs.
I ask of you to rise up, and participate in the progression of this country; not for yourself, but for your community.

It's time to clear the darkness in our political system, and return power to the many rather than the few.

I am not a citizen of the Netherlands and never claimed to be. However, that doesn't mean I don't have the best interests of this e-country and community at heart when I speak. I was also removed from the blacklist.

I understand why you might be mad at me, but can't you let bygones be bygones?. These kinds of personal attacks don't seem unbecoming of a political institution.

blacklist removal doesn't mean anything since you are still stripped of your citizenship rights.

they just threw you a cookie to keep you complacent by removing only part of it.

what any of us says doesn't matter. what does matter is that the motion to strip him of his rights as a citizen was not removed.

What matters is the reality, not the illusive 'citizenship rights' that contradict Constitution and refer to the dead masks in Forum and IRC. For all matters and purposes I as CP will consider Kimi a citizen just like everyone else.

Do as I say, not as I do 🙂 I know it's hard to take losses all the time, but don't grasp for thin straws so you have a stick to annoy everyone with, especially to bully people outside society like Kimi, Zeeuwsmeisje in the past and the drama whenever MdR is mentioned.

Not sure. He's mostly trying to bend a (by his own later acts, illegal) ancient motion that referred to Forum and IRC citizen masks into something that never was voted on, just to make a spiteful point about a Dutch eRepublik citizen. Simple as that.

I think the "problem" here is that Odan feels left out of his "powers". Dont know about IRC but in Forum there was loads of speculative "power monger" issues. Closed conversations and missing comments. Now the relic cant handle the simple fact that we do business in the actual game and that is so much more transparent. Also the fact that you can not control things over here as you could in IRC and Forum. I am starting to be so fed up with the negative attitude of Odan and as we see some people do NOT change..!

That's the strategy - be so negative towards everyone, so people just eventually give up on trying to fight the negativity, leave their efforts to do good, and let him have the "power" (as imaginary as it is) again, just so they do not have to listen to his negative whining all the time.

A nasty strategy indeed, which already killed plenty of communities in other countries. Bad to see odan wants to kill our community as well just to get his "power" again...

a blacklisted person could also be elected to congress that doesn't mean we recognize him as a legitimate congress member.

and no this is not about my supposed powers, congress has powers, not an administrator that just followed laws laid out by congress.and this is about recognizing the wishes of previous congresses. they voted to strip him of his citizenship rights and until that is overturned that simply stays in effect.
