Dear Players,

As you all know, the Dictator-President of your country, Mr. Santinoo has decided to ragequit, starting a large amount of troll laws which he has voted yes to. These laws include -

- Airstrike to the United Kingrom
- Natural Enemy law to Serbia
- Embargo to Bulgaria
- Minimum Wage to 99CC
- VAT to 25%
- Work Tax to 25%.

All these laws are aimed to destroy your in-game community. However, as I am now the dictator I changed the vote from "YES" to "NO" and now these laws will not pass. The damage has been averted.

A civil war has just begun in order to overthrow the dictator, however even when you depose of him he will continue to be the President. You will also have to impeach him once congress is restored, after the civil war finishes. After all this is done, in several days you most probably will choose to install another dictator as a protective measure.

In my own opinion, Mr. Santinoo has abused the clearly flawed game mechanics outside of their original purpose in order to inflict as much pain as possible on an ingame community. This, I can not condone.

Through my own volition, and in full knowledge of my actions, I have convinced Mr. Santinoo to make me dictator in order for me to "upset as many people and inflict even more damage". Of course, clearly me becoming dictator was achieved for a certain fee.



However, "inflicting damage" was not my intention of becoming dictator . My true intention is to restore the dictatorship to the proper hands, that is to any player the community of the country tells me to. Once I am informed by a reasonable party (be it leaders of political parties, or commanders of strong MU's) who the person they wish to become dictator I will make them dictator immediately and change CS immediately. I do not even ask to receive back the money I spent to become dictator, consider this a gift.

If you choose to not accept my offer, so let it be. My conscience will be clear.

I can not sit idly by as dictators use flawed rules in order to destroy communities. If I can do something about it I will, as is proven here.

Hopefully my actions prove that even amongst enemies there must remain honour. (Bulgaria take a note.)

This article was written haphazardly as time is an issue. This all occured very quickly and I am currently being bombarded by messages. However, I would like to take a moment to clarify 100%, let there be no doubt in your mind, my actions are my own, they do not represent anybody else, nor should others be held accountable for them.
