A New World

Day 2,039, 12:40 Published in Norway South Africa by Wilpanzer

Times of hopelessness and challenge sometimes steer us in a new direction. We cannot always foresee the winds of change, they are ever-changing.

Admittedly I've been trying to get into eNetherlands for many months. I see the Dutch as a nation full of willpower and ambition, but they are embargoed, occupied and oppressed. It's often interesting to see nations choose paths. Some small nations elegantly stand on the map with various regions, but a failing internal community. Other communities, like the Dutch, thrive in some way, but lack stability. Those small fighting communities, how small they may be, are full of spirit and hope.

Instead I've landed on Norwegian shores. Norway represents a lot of things to me. It's home to a wealth of culture and history. It represents the perseverance of strong-minded individuals and groups in a world of threats and strong enemies. Might it be a romanticized view? I'm unsure. However, I do know from looking at the efforts put into some basics entities, like military structure and security that the few who've stood for the country and who're standing now care for Norway. Amidst the reminders of political takeovers and betrayal Norway still stands with a government and its loyal citizens.

I still want to see whether Norway will find its solace in reflections of the past or dreams of the future.

Thanks for having me.
