A Fair Request

This is my request to eSweden: DO NOT PAY LAZOCRASI
When I moved here, I knew that we were allies with Argentina. Despite my past loyalties, I was okay with that. I don't mind the allies, and most of the time, they are in a holding patter with my former Country eSouth Africa, anyways, so I don't risk feeling obligated to fight for them. That being said, I will never fight against eSouth Africa as a principle, but THAT is not what I come to you about.
A section of the Dignity Brigade moved from eSouth Africa to eSweden as many of you know. We were a formerly active bunch in eSA who had fallen by the wayside and was looking to regain some activity. The move was helpful.
Another reason for the move was because a group of eTerrorists had taken over eSouth Africa. For the past YEAR, the Merc Military Unit, known as the Lazocrats has been taking over South Africa. Creating multies to gain congress access as well as doing whatever they can to infiltrate parties and rule over South Africa.
When they first came into the country, I was fine with them. I trusted them, until they gave me reason to Mistrust them. After the multies came, we (as a community) tried to isolate them and bad mouthed them as an MU. (Most kept RL Nationality out of the picture as we have many very good, active RL Turkish Citizens in our community) Then they started DDoS attacking our Forums and flooding our IRC.
They won their game, with admins help, and however not only took over our eCountry but now insult RL Nationality as well as being super racist, referring to the South Africans as Slaves, "Cotton-Pickers" and frequent usage of the "N-Word"
To me this is unacceptable, and while I understand based on regions and alliances that we DO ally ourselves with countries like Argentina, and other countries like that, what I ASK is this:
Please do not pay the Lazocrats for Damage.
Argentina uses them for 10/10 Occupation and to keep part of South Africa, which I disapprove of, but we can do nothing about that. What I do ask, is that WE do not EVER pay the Mercenaries "The Lazocrasi" ever.
I hope most of you will understand and be reasonable enough to comply and or reach out to eSouth Africa if you wish to.

I find it highly unlikely that Sweden would ever pay them money, or any other merc MU for that matter. Hiring mercs has been done on rare occasions in the past but that was before the introduction of COs.
So I can pretty much safely assure you that this will never happen. On a personal level I am also very sceptic to Lazocrats and have been for a long time.
I assumed as much as smaller countries aren't as wont to the hiring of Merc units in general, I just wanted to put it out there and hope that as more people know, we can learn which eCountries "Care" about other countries and which are just selfish.
Poor claudio...left south africa as soon he has realise that he cant be politicly active and cant became cp anymore. Let me tell you about dignity brigade, they acted like south africa was their own they switched cp position from month to month and what they did for south africa in return? Stole 1400 gold and around 200k cc ( 100k was stolen by tenshibo,at leaste thats what they say ) and run out of the country. Poor claudio talks about racis and he was the first one to insolt based on rl.

Claudio is over-compensating for having supported you guys at first, despite most of eSA and the whole of DB telling him you were douchebags. He's very trusting of people in general, but when that trust is betrayed, look out! His crying and whining will rip you from power!

It's not enough to listen, you have to BELIEVE him. Since it's the internets, you don't really have to believe, just kiss his ass. Not sure if a few e-bucks is worth having a brown nose though.
