30 Minutes with Chance - Rainy Sunday Q&A

Hey everyone! As you may have noticed I've been doing more articles lately. Since I'm no longer doing politics I'm going to focus on a dying if not already dead aspect of the game for awhile. I've recently changed my Newspaper title to what it was originally and will be doing interviews and other none politically related articles. As always voting, shouting, and commenting is compulsory and endorsements are appreciated.

First on tap in a series I'd like to call 30 Minutes with Chance where I interview people in the game via PM or IRC. I ask 10 questions I want answered and they give their response(s) with only grammar and punctuation edited and minor fluff removed for fluidity and a good time is had by all.

[CH🙂 Why the name Rainy Sunday?

[RS🙂 You know how mothers have their offspring's birth stories and tell them relentlessly to every other mother they meet and anyone else who will listen? My mother's story of my rl birth always begins "It was a rainy sunday..."

[CH🙂 What brought you to this game we call eRep?

[RS🙂 I was referred by a friend. I started out only to be his slave in exchange for his help in another game.

[CH🙂 What game was that might I ask?

[RS🙂 Eve

[CH🙂 Other than eUS and ePaki what other eCountries would you like to visit? If none, why not?

[RS🙂 I visited quite a few countries during my first months in game. It was much easier to obtain citizenship then.

[CH🙂 Can you name them?

[RS🙂 Spain, South Africa, South Korea, Australia, Canada... I've been considering Nigeria though.

[CH:] Hmm... I've been in eCAN 3 times and we never crossed paths there...

[RS🙂 Would have been around August or September of 2009.

[CH🙂 You once had a cause where you collected moving tickets and dispersed to those in need. What happened with that?

[RS🙂 I still have quite a few of those in holding. occasionally I find someone who will use them & donate and I still receive the occasional donation.

[RS🙂 Good question. She should come back.

[RS🙂 Playing this game has allowed me to have conversations with people I would not ever otherwise have the opportunity to. I plan to play until they shut it down. Or whatever...

[CH🙂 If you could do anything differently (train harder, become a tycoon, not complete missions) what would it be?

[RS🙂 As far as player account development, I would have made different choices during the V2 skills migrations. Coming out of that was a real setback.
