News From Around The World
Ilene Dover

Today we are bringing you a selection of articles from around the world. There isn't much of a method to the selection - just articles I feel are important or interesting enough to warrant wider distribution.

I hope this segment can be maintained on a weekly basis. If you do happen to find an interesting article, please let me know.

Notes From The Editor:
Changes, Revivals, and New Places
Joey3790

Change and renewal are in the air. With the change of season comes a change from Plato in how the game works. Old programs are being revived, eNPR being one of them. It’s like an old house getting gutted, cleaned, and remodeled. Call me too optimistic, but I’m excited for the latest developments and I hope you are too.

When you work hard in a cramped office for hours on end, sometimes you need to just get out for a few minutes and walk around. I’ve recently been taking long walks around the White House, mostly to hide from Melissa Rose. She makes me do stuff. Anyway, the other day I was walking in the back yard of the White House when I looked up and saw something in a tree. I got closer and saw that it was a camouflage colored treehouse covered in leaves. I climbed the tree and entered the treehouse. The sign on the door read “Yui’s Clubhouse”. Inside there was Christmas lights on the ceiling, a bean bag chair in the corner, a mini fridge, and a crate labeled “Empty Box”. (Yui, the contents of “Empty Box” will remain our little secret) I think I will have to return to this little hidden treasure tomorrow, especially when I hear a voice from the Oval Office calling my name. I might bring a toaster.

The Schu Challenge #4
James Schubert, Co-Secretary of Media

The fun continues weekly of “The Schu Challenge” again this month.

How it works: I pose one quiz question per week in the WHPR, and the first eUS citizen that answers correctly in comments section will win a prize. Each week there will be a different prize. Can’t tell you much beyond that but it is expected the final weekly Schu question of Melissa Rose’s CP term will be a juicy prize.

Schu Challenge Question #4
Prize: 100 Q6 Weapons

In its only run for the White House, John Bell and the Constitutional Union Party won 600,000 popular votes and 39 electoral votes in the South. They lost anyway. To whom?

A. George Washington
B. Abraham Lincoln
C. Andrew Jackson
D. Thomas Jefferson
