NSC Bot Attacks

The DoD announced May 11th, 2014 that they are currently working hard to investigate several malicious acts of terrorism against the eUSA, which have occurred between May 8th and May 11th, 2014, with attacks increasing in the late night to early morning hours, these attacks have also increased in frequency over the days:

The despicable acts were pointed directly at the new NSC-Bot, which was created to replace the Sovereign Bot and move to a new server. The reasons for the recent changes included increasing server uptime, improved features, and security.

- Orders set by NSC Staff using the NSC-Bot were being repeatedly cleared.
- Staff access was removed, meaning actual NSC Staff could not set the orders.
- Unidentified user was found to have rights in the NSC-Bot this person was removed and later reappeared.
- Removing Admins from the NSC-Bot and adding in unauthorized users as admins.
- Clearing Access List which have to be reset


When these acts were discovered to be a hacker instead of a bug or technical issues, the NSC-Bot was removed from service temporarily and security increased to prevent and mitigate future attacks.

In what we believe to be related attacks by the same bot perpetrator; two members of the Tech Staff have been impersonated and had their personal irc accounts hacked.

We continue to make every effort to prevent these acts of terrorism from disrupting the flow of priority orders.

This information is being release to allow the public to know that we are here and vigilant as we continue to investigate and mitigate these issues. While these attacks have proven inconvenient, our troops have benefited in the long term from improved security and functionality. We believe the attacker is using the aliases Typhone and Supernova, any information would be more than appreciated.

eUSA, as a country and a community, is blessed with huge talent. Our players impress at all levels of the game from “Domestic” departments like Interior and Education to ones that heavily involve mastering the military module, as well as the Foreign Affairs. However, for many of us, taking that first step to get involved in government work can often be daunting, and many are filled by uncertainties and doubts.

The current eUS Cabinet does not lack in experience on any level and Molly Emma is delighted to have assembled such a skilled team of players together to help her lead this nation. However,we are always in need of interns, volunteers and helpers, for whom there exist countless job opportunities, should they wish to pursue them. I personally started as an ambassador to Turkey around 7 months ago and through hard work, ended up being President a few months later. I am convinced that many of the players in this new generation have the traits to lead this country in the near future.

Joint Strike


The joint strike as a joint operation recently undergone by a few of the foremost military units (MU’s) in the eUS; SHIELD, VMA, and EZC. The MU’s gathered together to hit for one of our allies eNetherlands against eNorway as a mass attack of sorts. The idea behind the joint strike stemmed from a few of the MU leaders wanting to come together more as a community of eUS MU’s.

The mass attack undergone by the MU’s was a great show of camaraderie between the MU’s and was also a great show of the eUSA’s power. Two MU’s participating were able to land top five slots for that day as an MU and EZC made #1. A remarkable amount of damage was dealt during the operation between the three MU’s; SHIELD doubled it’s output for the day and a significant increase in gross kills for the day was observed as well.

While the ‘coverage’ is a bit more after the fact, they deserve the spotlight for their efforts in bringing more of the eUSA’s military forces together, and for, hopefully, encouraging more to join in the community overall. For the original article by BigcDizzle:

War Map

There are a couple of regions in revolt in NORTH USA, but they will be dealt with shortly. Molly Emma has given everyone a club and we are ready to attack.



In a fifteen battle long war, the Netherlands have finally gained the upper hand against Norway. eNL have won five battles in a row now. Sorlandet is looking close, right now, but Norway is down to three regions. Poland has joined the party on the eastern side, and is easily winning her battles. After wiping Sweden, and assisting with the wipe on Norway, Poland is really flexing her muscles. Fourteen battles have been completed in the Lithuanian-Belarus war. It went back and forth for a while, but Lithuania now has the upper hand. They have now won five battles in a row. Ukraine attacked Russia, but I am not sure if this is a real war or not. The MPP's are a weird split of SIRIUS and Aurora countries. Speaking of wars that are not real, Finland and Russia are doing some land swaps. I am doing my part to ensure the war goes wrong, and I hope all of you are doing the same. Asgard will look good, all wiped off the map.

Meanwhile, in the Balkans, Bulgaria is moving through Ukraine, easily. I still find the MPP's on Ukraine's side odd, but maybe they are just a pawn. Is Bulgaria going somewhere special? We'll see. Chile continues their rampage through Europe. The are winning their war against Romania, easily. Five battles down. Thirteen regions to go. Croatia is taking a bite out of Montenegro for fun. I would guess they are contemplating their next move. Possibly an Airstrike somewhere, after Argentina rudely took their holdings in India.

Speaking of kicking ass, Where is Serbia? It's a strong country, but I cannot find it on the map. Help me out.

Overall, Europe is kinda quiet. SIRIUS seems to have the upper hand in Europe. But I suspect it will not remain stagnant for long. Chile and Argentina continue to flex their Empires. Poland is doing work in Asgard. And we wait for something to ignite a fire in Europe. Good job, right now SIRIUS. Keep it up.
