Hi all,

Apologies for the delay on this article. I’ve been very busy irl for the past few days. I did a post on the friends feed asking people to post their predictions…if you haven’t, then try and get them in asap please!

After the most exciting and surprising of Ro16s, here is what everybody predicted-

The Table

As always, the points system works thus:
Exact score: 3 points
Correct result: 1 point
Incorrect result: 0 points

So, the table as it currently stands-

1. Dougal (2 exact scores = 6pts, 2 correct results = 2pts) == 18pts overall
2. Noel (3 correct results = 3 pts) == 12pts overall
3. Apples (missed this round = 0pts) == 11pts overall
3. CC (3 correct results = 3pts) == 11pts overall
4. Ebrietas (2 correct results = 2pts) == 5pts overall

Very unlucky for those who predicted a Swedish-Ukrainian draw…overall a very tough round…except for Dougal who appears to possess Paul the Octopus-like foresight.

Next Round

As I said, please try to get your results in before the game! Even if they are late, please send them in and I’ll try to work something out.

As before, if you think that a match will go to penalties, then put a draw down (irrespective of the result of the penalties). If you think a match will finish in extra time, then you just put the normal result of the game.
