Join the new world

Last week a lot has happened. Some citizens tried to take over GVD, 2 citizens tried to rob the state treasury, there where some discussions between LSD and I&W and our president isn't active at the moment (read this article for more info)
Not all ministeries have reacted on my question to write an article for the weekly news.

Statement on donation of Wages

(Abroad going) soldiers keep their pay in peace, but on missions they donate it (minus their food costs) to the org.
Since home staying regiments never go abroad they do not have to hand in pay (but wewill provide abroad going units first in case of a weapon shortage). Indeed this rule was already active at the Flying Dutchmen.

We think it is a good compromise that still has the original thought in mind (cutting back costs) and is less harsh for the soldiers.

Reformation of Flying Dutchmen

We reformed the Flying Dutchmen. All soldiers have been dismissed, and new requirements are:
-12 Strength
-General
-High activity on IRC and forum
When you're not daily on the IRC channel you will be dismissed.

Loss of orderman
The guy doing the orders(you know him, but I'm not telling who) quit due to real life problems, so orders might be a bit failing in the coming days.

Officer Carabiniers Prins Boudewijn:
The Carabiniers Prins Boudewijn got a new officer!
His name is Schrach and we wish him all the luck on his new job.

Last week due to rl life and some other ingame tasks it wasn't possible to make the articles i wanted to make. Next week i will have the time to do the articles which i should do.

Inactivity of ThomasRed, the President

we just received the following message:

"Dear citizens of the eUNL,

Our country has met some difficulties and a lot of our citizens have wondered where our president was in these difficult times. How is it possible that our president is so inactive for several days now?
Due to real life personal problems, our president has very limited access to internet at the moment. He tries to keep himself informed of what happens by reading the news as much as he can but hasn’t the time to react. If everything goes fine, he should be able to make his comeback soon."
