[UK MoFA] First article of the new term

Well, it's the traditional article : Inform eUK and other countries about the current british cabinet.
Like last month, I remain MoFA and I tend to think that enough people know me.
This month, my deputy is GregoryG. One of the lastest addition in eUK but he has a lot of experience in foreign affairs (Alliance leader, ...)

What will be our plans : Inform eUK citizens about current events around the new world but also write informative article and why not organise some interviews.
