[Tsunami] Reworked Regiments and Training Grounds Loan (+Free Avatars)

Hello citizens of eJapan

First of all I want to apologize for being kinda uncommunicative after I became commander of Tsunami, the truth is that I lacked motivation to do anything after seeing the current state in eJapan. I really felt the need to take off my eyes from eJapan for few days in order to keep going.

As you can see we have lost many comrades, some simply moved, while others stopped playing. The main reason was the dictator, but also it was our fault since we didn't had clear goal that we were trying to achieve. As I said since Tsunami was formed we didn't had clear image of what should we do or goal we were trying to achieve, except one thing to revive the society that eJapan once had. Now its the time to chose the road we want to take. Help us, contribute with your opinion on the forum. Each member is one small wave, but together we make one huge wave.
Reworked Regiments

1-st Regiment- Rookie Regiment
I like to call this notice me senpai regiment, its place where newcomers will be. They have to do their best in order to be noticed, so that they can advance in 2-nd regiment.
Daily supplies: 2 Q7 tanks and 20 Q5 food for 25 kills.

2-nd Regiment- Waves
Active members, working for the good of the MU, but have political ties elsewhere, or not a citizen of Japan.
Requirements:
-Must be active
Daily supplies: 5 Q7 tanks and 50 Q5 food for 25 kills.

3-rd Regiment- Tsunami Elite
Members devoted to the MU, willing to help in any way they can.
Requirements:
-Wearing our uniform
-Must be active
-Work every day in our factories (at Auraborus) for 10cc salary and 2 Q7 tanks
Daily supplies: 1 Q7 tanks and 10 Q5 food for every 4 kills (up to 10 Q7 tanks and 80 Q5 food)

4-th Regiment- Political Fighters
Members who are involved in the politics.
Requirements:
-Joining our party
-Wearing our uniform
-Must be active
-Work every day in our factories (at Auraborus) for 10cc salary and 2 Q7 tanks
Daily supplies: 1 Q7 tanks and 10 Q5 food for every 4 kills (up to 12 Q7 tanks and 80 Q5 food)
Training Grounds Loan
Every member of Tsunami can apply for a (maximum) 15 gold loan toward training ground upgrades here. Priority shall go to those most in need.
