[THE CP] National ATO Efforts

Day 2,438, 14:14 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Citizen 4945322

Dear British Public,

I write to you to explain exactly why our Country is currently undergoing a national Anti-Takeover.

It isn't, as some may lead you to believe, because we are racists and hate Serbia. Of course we aren't. But in game, they are in a rival alliance, and are attempting to tear us away from our fellow allies in SIRIUS, those allies which at the moment lend us so much support.

At first the Serbs came to us in a friendly manner, a jovial, open type welcome. And because you know, we are nice, we welcomed them as just a group of people. Some of them seemed so impressed that they fully integrated themselves and even seem to have turned their backs on their fellow settlers.

Then they got their "stooge" elected, bringing in numerous votes on the day to make sure that he was elected, although a lot less comfortably than it should have been. They got a referendum on SIRIUS membership, and were resoundly beaten. Thats when they have turned nasty.

The Serbs for UK are determined to get Congress Seats. And if this happens, they are determined enough that they will eventually get the CP position itself, by importing foreign voters. its a story which has been heard numerous times in the history of this game.

Many people have so far admirably left their home parties to offer their support in the ATO effort. Yet, we know that many Serbs lie lurking in parties other than Serbs for UK awaiting their time to strike late.

We can never assume we are safe until the congress elections officially begin.

So please, adopt the stance that many in the public are already pushing. Look at the top 5 parties, and join the party at the bottom of that top 5 if you have not already. This is an invitation to all parties to get involved, to not let past rivalries keep them from doing what should be their national duty.

It will be a brief sojourn from your party, which ultimately will mean those parties still exist in a few months.

We must also look at uniting in the coming month to come behind one candidate as to not split votes between numerous candidates. I would advise the party presidents to, if they have not already, begin researching into my successor. If the Serbs do decide to push a specific candidate, we must be able to stop them.

There will be more news to come. But please, stay vigilant.

Yours,
Moriarty
