[Taoiseach] Signing Off

Day 2,814, 16:33 Published in Ireland South Korea by An Sluagh

Citizens of the Republic,

This article is my last one of this term and should update you on what this administration has done over the past month. I am more than happy with my term and feel that we have accomplished a lot over the past month and without a doubt, we are in a better, stronger place than before. Some of my critics said they would not vote for me as Premier as I am more of a Country President kind of guy as I get the job done. This month - we got the job done.

[FOREIGN AFFAIRS]

MPPs were signed with the following nations:

Chile
Spain
Macedonia
Croatia (they were paying, still not signed)

We have also engaged in talks with a handful of nations of similar size to begin working on an alliance. Nothing is set in stone but this will develop over the next month under the new CP (most likely Moomoohead, who has asked me to take on the role of Minister of Foreign Affairs). I am feeling optimistic about this new project as it contains old, current and new allies of ours. More will be revealed over the following month should this play out.

We began negotiations with eArgentina to get our regions back. For free and at no cost we received Dublin. Then thanks to our friend Canada we received the region of Mayo so that we could engage in a Training War. Unfortunately the Training War didn't go to plan and we lost every battle but this is something we need to improve on.

Coordination and winning.

We have done it before, we just need to get back to it!

[DÁIL EIREANN]

In the Dáil, we have introduced a new Constitution which is to outline the rules of the running of Government. This is not 100% complete and is truly a working progress. I feel confident that we can warp this into the Constitution we need and will satisfy all areas. Hopefully it is here to stay and will remain that way.

The Dáil this month is also now made up on 20 Congress members rather than the 10 officially elected. This move was done to facilitate more inclusion, activity and debate. So far this term has been peaceful and successful. Hopefully we can continue this trend and build the stronger and cooperative nation we deserve.

[FINANCE]

Only a few days we launched a new scheme. Org rentals. This is something that I have been hounding Don Croata to set up for quite some time and it is finally here. If you can play on the Monetary Market, I seriously recommend you renting an org and becoming the wealthy citizen you should be!

Prices are reasonable.
5000cc Deposit
3000cc For Irish citizens
3750cc for Non-Nationals

We only have ten available so be sure to rent one! The project aims to earn 30'000cc a month to go towards debt repayment.

[COMMUNITY]

Again, we had another successful month with this department. We had lottos, draw the player competition, and my favourite event - An Sluagh Day

I tip my hat to both Tara C and Elite C on the tremendous work they did.

[SUMMARY]

New Constitution
Org Rental
Liberated two regions
Held A Training War
Began Preliminary Talks For A New Alliance

Successful term is successful.

I really would like to thank my Ministers who have been beside me through all this month, they all worked hard and carried out their duties even if they didn't entirely agree with what I asked of them. Not one of them didn't fail to perform. My congrats to them for also having a successful term.
