Saludos a todos. Recientemente, en mi país, Venezuela, hemos visto como nuestro Presidente, xJhsx, pedía un impeach contra él pese a ser buen gobernante debido a que sufría de una enfermedad en la VR, enfermedad que requirió que fuera hospitalizado. Tristemente, el impeach fue rechazado, aunque el control de la cuenta del presidente estaba en manos de su vCP, por lo que pudo nuestro gobierno seguir trabajando.

Pienso que el actual sistema del juego es bastante injusto, pues si un CP tiene problemas VR y quiere renunciar, no le queda más remedio que pedir un impeach y que el poder pase al segundo en número de votos de las elecciones, lo que implica acabar con su gobierno pese a que lo esté haciendo bien y pasarlo a otro que podría hacerlo bien o mal.

Un impeach debe ser contra la mala labor de un gobierno entero, no por que el CP sufra problemas VR. Por eso propongo una reforma en el juego, en la que se permita al presidente renunciar y la presidencia pasaría al Primer Ministro por el resto del período. No obstante, no se le concederá ninguna inmunidad al nuevo presidente, para así, en caso de que sea una maniobra del CP de turno para salvar su mal gobierno sacrificándose él, pueda igualmente ser destituido el nuevo presidente sin problema alguno por el Congreso.

Propongo, ya que estamos pidiendo reformas en el juego, otros dos pequeños cambios para el juego.

1) Que el “gobernador” pase a denominarse “Ministro de Finanzas”, pues ese es un cargo muy importante en el Gobierno y debe tener reflejo ingame.
2) Que en las elecciones legislativas puedan participar todos los partidos TOP 10, pero se requerirá de un porcentaje mínimo de 5% de los votos para poder entrar al Congreso. Así se evita que partidos minúsculos tengan representación parlamentaria.

Agradezco profundamente a todos que hagan spam de este artículo para que así llegue a los admins y éstos hagan los cambios necesarios. Cualquier republicación del artículo en un idioma que no sea español o inglés se agradece bastante, para que así llegue a todos los países del Nuevo Mundo.

Greetings to all. Recently, in my country, Venezuela, we have seen our President, xJhsx, called for an impeach him despite being a good one because he was suffering from a disease in RL, which required was hospitalized. Sadly, impeach was rejected, although the control of the president's account was held by his vCP, so that our government could continue working.

I think that current game system is quite unfair, because if a CP has RL problems and want to resign, he don’t have any choice thant order a impeach and that the government switch to the second candidate with highest number of votes in the last elections, which means end with his government even though it is going well and pass it to another who could do right or wrong.

A impeach should be against bad work of an entire government, not by the CP’s RL problems. So I propose a changes in the game, which allows the president can resign and give the government to Prime Minister for the remaining period. However, you will not be granted any immunity to the new president, so, if it is a maneuver to save CP’s bad actions, he can be removed without any problem by Congress.

I propose, as we are calling for changes in game, two other small changes too:

1) The "Governor" would be renamed "Minister of Finance", because that is a very important position in the government and should have ingame reflections.
2) In congress elections, would be ensure participation of Top 10 Parties, but will require a minimum percentage of 5% of the vote to enter in Congress. This prevents tiny parties have parliamentary representation.
