The hot topic lately seems to be the mysterious, magical and top secret Epic battle "formula". We all know the formula was declared "secret" by Plato and we were told it would not be revealed but I of course enjoy playing the role of spoiler.
So without further ado here is the complete epic formula:
"Total damage done in specific division in all battles in last 7 days / total amount of rounds * 10."
I.e. total 100 billion damage in d4 / 100 rounds = 1 billion x 10 = epic battle is 10 billion.
Now wait, you don't believe that's actually the formula do you?.. lol i hope not..
the real formula is much much more complex, right now the entire formula is:
"D4 epic battle = 12.500.000.000 damage."
I know you might have to re-read that several dozen times to comprehend the complexity of the formula.
I can also say that when Epic was first introduced in the weekly challenge an epic battle was 2.5billion.... exactly.

You forgot the Visa factor, which adds a certain % according to the amount of RL money on each side. That factor is the relation of what Plato greed wants the players to spend, and what they agreed to actually spen😛
Actual Epicity = Smeean Epicity x (1 + Pf)
wheareas:
Pf: Plato factor = Plato wild wishes / Cash carefully spent by winner players

I think there is a key to the actual formula right here. Number of players x Number of Packs x 100, or something like that.
