Why do you have Taoiseach and Prime Minister? And where's Minister of Community?
Taoiseach has always played the role of CP in eIreland, PM acts as a deputy. I've chosen Moo as he has shown neutrality in Dáil and has shown his ability to fairly administer votes in congress, this is the role I want for him.
MoC has been absorbed into MoHA which will deal with Community, Education and resurface Statistics. Rather then spreading these departments out I want them all run under one active roof.
