[R&C] Plans

Day 807, 09:04 Published in Netherlands Netherlands by Ministerie van Media en Recrui
We are a small country
As we all know, eRepublik holds many possibilities for your eLife.
War and working, economics and having a newspaper.
It's all great fun on your own and with a small community, but living in a small country also has its restrictions:

Low Damage
Although we are a small community, we do have a large amount of citizens that deal a lot of damage, comparing to other countries with the same amount of citizens. That is a great thing ofcourse, but think about this: What if we had all those 'tanks' and on top of that a large amount of new players that deal a little damage each. That would be even better than what we are in now!

Too little Gold
Each month, we have to consider the amount of MPP's we make with our allies. Daily battles or rather save some money for the future? One thing is sure: We need more Gold. At the moment there is too little Gold for tanking and too little Gold for other things.

But what if...
What if we had a lot of citizens and a high monthly income of Gold?
We would be able to sign a lot of MPP's, resulting in a lot of battles, not only for training but also to help our allies. Also, more citizens would mean more damage, providing us better protection.

How?
Nothing is impossible, especially not in an online game.
There are over a million Dutch and Belgian people playing Runescape, but we can not get more than 1200 citizens to join? But how do we get those people to join our game? That's what we will be focussing on.

Sticker-mania
We think that there lies a huge potential in Real Life advertising. It will generate far more attention, because on the internet we will be 'just another game spamming around'.
One of the cheapest ways to advertise in RL, are stickers. Those can be spread across the country relatively easilly.
But still, those stickers aren't cheap enough to be bought by one person.
Please read this article for more information about the stickers. Donations are needed!

Media
We think that advertising in game magazines, tv-shows and gamingblogs are another way to get a lot of attention. The problem is that those are not easilly accessible. Therefore we request everyone who has connections with any of these, to pm us about that.
