又一届国会选举来临了。
有意向报名参选的同志们请前往下面这个链接进行报名。如打不开链接，可回复本文或者给我站内信报名。

这次选举，中国23个地区将产生23个正选席位和17个外卡席位。

如果只有前5大党可以参加议会选举的话，我推测席位的分布是这样的：
北京上海，将各有1个正选和4个外卡。5大党北京上海各1个。
其他21省，将有21个正选和9个外卡。

大家报名之后，我们将于22-23日在本党sub-forum进行内部初选。

Enrol Running For Nov Congress

This time, every province can only propose ONE official candidate.
eChina has 23 regions. So there are 23 official seats and 17 wildcards.

If only top-5 Party can participate in Congress election:
Beijing will has ONE winner and 4 wild-cards because of large population.
Shanghai will has ONE winner and maybe 4 wild-cards because of Q5 hospital.
And other 21 regions will have another 9 wild-cards.
All regions have possibility to generate wild-cards.

After you enrolled youself, PRP will setup a inner primary election in eChina oficial forum PRP's sub-forum
