[Presidência] TW com Espanha [Pt/En]

Caros Cidadãos,

Devido às missões que começaram ontem, e com a votação a correr bem para a nossa candidatura, sentimos a necessidade de iniciar rapidamente conversações com o futuro governo de eEspanha para uma possível TW (guerra treino) entre os 2 países para podermos dar oportunidade aos ePortugueses de completar a missão sem serem obrigados a sair do país. O agora governo de eEspanha concordou com a nossa sugestão e elaborámos em conjunto o modo e as regras em que se iriam basear a TW.

Por lapso, o NE de eEspanha a ePortugal foi lançado ainda ontem e nós apesar de não termos conseguido falar com o ex-CP, também o fizémos, mas pela mão do Congressista Ideias que felizmente estava presente na altura.



Assim, as regras para a TW são as seguintes:

1 - Portugal vai lançar NE a Espanha e Espanha vai lançar NE a Portugal;
2 - A TW acabará se um dos países tiver wipe (todo conquistado) ou ao final de 7 dias, depois disso ambos os países vão desactivar o NE e assinar um tratado de paz o mais depressa possível;
3 - Depois de desactivar o NE, todas as regiões originais devem ser libertas através de RW. Ambos os países devem assegurar que a devolução das regiões serão bem sucedidas e da forma mais rápida possível;
4 - Depois da devolução, os países devem devolver todo o dinheiro colectado das regiões que não eram suas durante a TW;
5 - Ambos os países deverão informar os seus aliados desta TW e ter a certeza que não a mesma apenas envolverá Portugal e Espanha. Caso algum aliado se envolva, será da responsabilidade do país (cujo aliado intervem na TW) parar a TW e assegurar que o aliado não prejudique nenhum território do país atacado. Se for necessário, deverá inclusivé lutar pelo país atacado.

Dear citizens,

Due to the missions that started yesterday, and with the elections pending to our side comfortably, we felt the need to start as soon as possible the conversations with eSpain in order to arrange a TW between both countries so all ePortuguese have the chance to finish the missions without the need to leave the country. The eSpain Gov agreed with our suggestion and we both created the rules and mode of operation of the RW.

By mistake, the NE from eSpain to ePortugal was made yesterday and despite of the fact of not being able to talk to the ex-CP, we made the NE as well, it was made by the Congressman Ideias who fortunately was present at the time.



The rules of the TW are as follows:

1 - Portugal will NE Spain and Spain will NE Portugal.
2 - The TW will be over if there is a wipe or after 7 days, then both countries will desactivate the NE and sign peace as soon as possible.
3 - After desactivating the NE, all the core regions must be freed by RW. Both countries must ensure that the returnings are successful and as soon as possible.
4 - After returning all the core regions, both countries must return all the money they collected from the other party regions during the TW.
5 - Both countries will inform their allies about this TW and be sure this TW will just involve Portugal and Spain. In case of an ally of the countries gets involved, it will be their responsability to stop the TW and assure its ally won’t harm any territory of the attacked country. That may include hitting for the attacked country.
