La propuesta definitiva de Estatutos es la de redacción conjunta de Demonaire y Vihesito, que fue presentada a los militantes para su mejora, que se ha corregido en aquellos puntos que fueron señalados y que se presenta a votación tras la máxima búsqueda de consenso.

The final Statute propossal has been written by Demonaire and Vihesito together. It was offered to the membership to propose any change for improving it, and every appointed article has been changed. So this Statute comes to be voted after the maximum accord seach.

Se requiere una mayoría cualificada de 2/3 de los votos a favor para aprobar los Estatutos.
Todos los votos añadidos se comentarán con un "Voto confirmado." Los votos nulos se avisarán para poder ser rectificados. A efectos prácticos, los votos nulos, en blanco y la abstención no serán considerados para la aprobación.

1.1. El Partido del Pueblo Cubano es un partido político de eCuba que abraza los principios de la libertad y de la democracia y que apuesta a una transformación radical del modelo político, económico y social del país en donde prima la igualdad para todos los cubanos, por lo cual se considera de “extrema-izquierda”.
1.2. El poder soberano del partido reside en su militancia, conformada por todos los miembros del partido.
1.3. Las tareas ejecutivas del partido se delegarán a la ejecutiva del partido.
1.4. Los pactos con otros partidos, así como coaliciones electorales; las votaciones para elegir candidatos presidenciales nacional y partidista, y armar la lista parlamentaria; el régimen sancionatorio; y cualquier reforma de los aspectos internos del partido, incluyendo nombre, logo y orientación política y social, compete exclusivamente a la militancia.
1.5. La ejecutiva del partido podrá declarar un estado de emergencia partidista entre los días 6 y 15 de cada mes. Bajo dicho estado, la ejecutiva puede desarrollar lo dispuesto en el artículo 1.4 y decidir con base a este. Dicho estado puede ser finalizado en cualquier momento por la militancia, votación mediante, o por decisión de la ejecutiva.


2.1. El presidente, líder de la Ejecutiva, será elegido por elecciones ingame y podrá designar al resto de la ejecutiva: vicepresidente, secretario general, vocero y consejero. En caso de no hacerlo, el presidente asumirá todas sus funciones. Le corresponde el reparto de tareas y el ejercicio de la dirección política, programática, financiera y estratégica del partido; presidir las reuniones de la ejecutiva y la militancia; y administrar los canales de participación interna si los hubiera (incluyendo foros y chat). Finalmente, será el Jefe de la bancada en el Congreso del PPC, teniendo la obligación de postularse como congresista, en la posición que se determine por el proceso de primarias.
2.2. La vicepresidencia representará al partido ante otros movimientos políticos, tanto cubanos como extranjeros, y tendrá plenos poderes para negociar lo dispuesto en el artículo 1.4 sobre coaliciones y pactos, lo cual será ratificado o no por la militancia mediante debate y votación respectiva.
2.3. El secretario general será el responsable operativo del partido, así, se encargará de la organización de las elecciones primarias partidistas, parlamentarias y presidenciales; de las reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias de la militancia; y de otros eventos y reuniones partidistas; así mismo llevará registro escrito de todos los debates y discusiones que se presenten en la ejecutiva, en las reuniones de la militancia y en las reuniones del partido con otros movimientos nacionales y extranjeros; y rendirá el informe de gestión de la ejecutiva ante la militancia.
2.4. El consejero es el asesor interno y hombre de confianza de la política interna y externa del partido, por lo que hará acompañamiento, seguimiento y asesoría política a los representantes del partido en el Congreso o en el Gobierno, así como al presidente del partido, y será quien dirimirá conflictos y divergencias políticas al interior del movimiento.
2.5. El vocero se encargará de las relaciones públicas del partido, valiéndose para ello de los medios de comunicación que se brindan tanto en eRepublik como fuera de él y llevando a cabo la publicación regular de boletines oficiales. Por ende, su periódico se pondrá a disposición del partido, y si no tuviera uno, deberá crearlo a sus costas.


3.1. Las elecciones primarias al Congreso se llevarán a cabo entre el 16 y el 23 de cada mes y siempre deberán componerse en un periodo de postulaciones y uno de votaciones, cada uno de los cuales deberá desarrollarse en un periodo mínimo de 48 horas.
3.2. Las elecciones primarias al Gobierno se llevarán a cabo entre el 26 y el 1 de cada mes y se guiará por las mismas reglas del artículo anterior. Cualquier ciudadano podrá ser candidato presidencial por el partido, aun sin ser militante, siempre que lo solicite a la ejecutiva durante la fase de postulaciones
3.3. En caso de empate, la militancia será convocada a segunda vuelta de 24 horas de votación para dirimir el empate. Si el empate persistiera o si no hubiera tiempo para hacer la votación, la ejecutiva del partido lo dirimirá colegiadamente por mayoría simple
3.4. La ejecutiva determinará la forma de votación, siempre que no vulnere los principios democráticos ni de representatividad. Las formas de votación deberán ser siempre públicas y abiertas a todos los militantes, ser avisadas por mensaje directo a todos ellos y ser verificables y públicos los resultados de éstas.
3.5. Podrán ser suspendidas total o parcialmente las normas 3.1, 3.2 y 3.3 con carácter temporal por acuerdos alcanzados con otros partidos o coaliciones siempre que sean aprobadas por la militancia y entren en conflicto directamente con las normas citadas.

1.1. The Partido del Pueblo Cubano is a eCuban political party that embraces the democratic and liberty values and supports the economic, political and social system radical transformation in a country where equality between cubans must come first. Because it all, it consider itself as a far-left party.
1.2. The sovereign party power belong to the membership, which is all party members.
1.3. Executive tasks are delegated to the Party Executive.
1.4. Agreements with other parties, as well as electoral coalitions, the elections for choosing congress and presidential candidates, the election of the party president, and any change of the party affairs, including it name and logo changes and also this Statute is responsability of the membership.
1.5. Party’s executive can stablish the party state of emergency beetween the 6th and the 15th day of each month. Under this state, the executive can make decisions which are under the membership rule according to 1.4 article. This state can be finished at any time by the membership votation or by the executive decision.


2.1. The President, executive leader, is elected by ingame elections and can appoint the rest members of the Executive: vicepresident, secretary general, councillor and spokesman. In the case any member of the executive is not appointed, the President will assume it tasks. It also depends on the president the sharing of tasks and the exercise of the political, programmatic, financial and strategic management; presiding the executive and membership meetings and the management of the in-party participation channels (including forum and chat) if it exist. Finally, he will be the chief of the parliamentary group, hence having the obligation of postulate as congressman and to be placed on the congress list in the position where primaries put him/her.
2.2. The Vicepresident represents the party to other political movements, both Cubans and foreigners, and will have full powers to negotiate the provisions of article 1.4 about coalitions and pacts, which shall be ratified by the membership by discussion and respective voting.
2.3. The Secretary General is responsible for party operating, as well will be responsible for organizing the party, presidential and parliamentary primaries; of ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the membership; and other party events and meetings; likewise take written record of all debates and discussions that occur in the executive, at meetings of the membership and party meetings with other national and international movements; and will make the management report of the executive to the militancy.
2.4. The Counselor is the inner advisor and President confidant of internal and external policy of the party, which will support, monitoring and policy advice to the party's representatives in Congress or in the government and the party president, and will be who will settle conflicts and political differences within the movement.
2.5. The spokesman is responsible for public relations of the party, relying on the media that provide both eRepublik and outgame and conducting regular publication of official gazettes. Therefore, her or his newspaper is available to the party, and if he/she do not have one, she or he should create it.


3.1. Primary elections for the Congress list will be held between the 16th and the 23th of each month and always should be composed by a period of nominations and voting, each of which shall take place within a minimum period of 48 hours.
3.2. Primary elections the Presidential of eCuba supporting will take place between 26th and 1st of each month and will be guided by the same rules of the preceding article. Any citizen may be a presidential candidate for the party, even without being militant, whenever he or she requested the executive to include him or her during the nominations.
3.3. In case of a tie, the membership will be convened to a second round of voting for 24 hours to settle the tie. If the tie persists or if there is no time for the voting, the party executive collectively will make a vote cast.
3.4. The executive determines how to vote, provided they do not violate democratic or representation principle. Voting forms must always be public and open to all members, be alerted by direct message to all of them and be verifiable and publish its the results.
3.5. The rules 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 may be totally or partially suspended on a temporary basis for agreements with other parties or coalitions if they are approved by the militancy and conflict directly with those rules.
