The eUS media exploded this week in content. Nothing that we have seen before in the past.

For good reasons
But for all the wrong issues.

It's clear that within the media, many people, even our Country President (CP) addressed ongoing issues about a few players and in general.

I mean, we all have but it's still not good enough. We the players can only address the issues in the game oh so much. It's up to the mods and admins to fulfill the rest.

eRepublik Labs created this 15+ year old browser based game on the foundation of coding and a means for real people to escape reality for a smidge. Like any other video game out there.

It is up to us to fill in the rest; who is CP? Congress? Party Presidents(PP)? And so on and so forth. Think of it as LARPING but in political format....behind your phone or computer screen. You play a persona and build up onto that. ITs nothing personal within the gaming community if you believe in idea A while another player believes in idea B.



At the end of the day, all of the players do believe in one thing; harassment and bullying are NOT OK.

However, it's clear that the two main sources of our own game, our own hub of escapism have not addressed it publicly are Alexis Bonte And eRepublik Labs, They have not addressed a single issue on this ongoing problem. That’s a problem.



That’s a problem and Alexis Bonte and eRepublik Labs need to address these issues and what steps they will take to prevent players who affect players in a very negative way. I am not talking about trolling and just “being a total dick”. I am still talking about harassment and bullying.


Think about it, when PiginZen wrote (read it here) an article about leaving for good because this has personally affected himself, it really hit the nail on my head at the time i was writing this article. Players such as Pig and Aeriadne, Who i have addressed about her in my previous article (read that here too). These players and dozens who have quit should NOT have to quit a game to escape the ongoing issues. No one should. By leaving the game, we are showing these bullies that they are the winners.

We should all continue to stand up in unity and show them who are the real bullies.

Like I said beforehand, we, the nerdy little players that we are can only do so much. We need the CEO to step up and insure we have a safe place to play. The mods and admins need to step it up and we have not heard anything.

If you want this game to live on for another 15 years or so, then do something about it. We need your help, your guidance and words of wisdom and we will take care of the rest.

Please help us, you are our only hope.
