Hallo Bürger Germarks, liebe Parteimitglieder,

Danke an alle deutschen Wähler, die es der OMG ermöglicht haben, annähernd 40% des Kongresses zu stellen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Parteien ist das Ergebnis atemberaubend. Danke also nochmal von mir 🙂

Langsam aber sicher starten die verschiedenen parteiinternen Programme, wie z.B. das Mentorenprogramm oder Minenprogramm. Zu verdanken haben wir das der regen Beteiligung der Parteimitglieder. Ein Treffen im IRC auf #openmindgermany wird morgen wie gewohnt nach dem Commonhit stattfinden. Themen werden Minenprogramm, ein bisschen Mentorenprogramm und andere Vorschläge sein.

Alle die, die sich diesen Monat in der Regierung und den Ministerien engagieren möchten, sollten einfach mal den künftigen Präsidenten BadMax anschreiben.

1. Mentorenprogramm

Die OMG hat ein eigenes Mentorenprogramm auf die Beine gestellt, mit dem wir versuchen, möglichst vielen Neulingen, die sich für unsere Partei entschieden haben, die Grundlagen des Games beizubringen. In einem Sheet, das alle paar Tage aktualisiert wird, werden alle Neulinge bis Level 27 an unsere kompetenten Mentoren verteilt. Derzeit hat jeder Mentor etwa 5 Neulinge. Freiwillige, die gerne mithelfen und auch Mentor werden wollen, sind jederzeit willkommen. Einen kleinen Mentorenguide in Stichpunktform wird ab spätestens morgen im Forum stehen.

Im Gegenzug dafür, dass die Suppenküche nicht wieder eingeführt wurde, wird an Neulinge, die das Mentorenprogramm in Anspruch nehmen, ein einmaliges "Willkommensgeschenk" von 100 Q2 Essen doniert. Bayreuth58 hatte mir sein Lager angeboten, ebenso Vollkornbrot. Falls ihr euer Zehnt in Naturalien an die Partei spenden möchtet, bitte spendet an einen der beiden und gebt mir eine kurze Info über die Menge.



2. Minenprogramm

Das Minenprogramm stammt ursprünglich aus eSüdafrika, eingeführt wird es aber nun auch in der OMG :3

Waffenfabriken der höchsten Stufe benötigen mehr Waffenrohstoffe (WRM) als man selber produzieren kann. Deshalb sind diese Spieler auf das ständige Einkaufen von WRM angewiesen. Eine Aluminiummine bringt daher keine hohen, aber dennoch regelmäßige Einnahmen. Neulinge bekommen so die Chance, erste Erfahrungen mit der Wirtschaft zu machen und an das Game gebunden zu werden. Auch ältere Spieler profitieren von Aluminiumminen, besonders wenn sie ihre eigenen Waffenfabriken ausbauen möchten.

Eine Aluminiummine kostet 10 Gold, das sind etwa 2050cc. Pro Tag werden min. 125 WRM produziert, falls noch Boni durch Regionen dazukommen noch mehr natürlich. Klar, es dauert lange bis sich eine Mine rentiert, aber Zukunftsinvestitionen sind doch nie schlecht, oder?

Kommen wir zum Prinzip des Minenprogramms. Du kannst an die Parteikasse (derzeit ich) so oft du willst eine beliebige Summe an Geld donieren. 50, 100, 200 DEM, die Summe ist vorerst egal. Wenn sich in der Parteikasse nun mehr als 2000cc befinden, bekommt der der am meisten gespendet hat, das Geld für eine Mine ausgezahlt.
Das donierte Geld der anderen Parteimitglieder ist natürlich nicht verloren. Innerhalb von 3 Monaten muss der glückliche Minenbesitzer das Geld, das er nicht selbst gespendet hat, an die Partei zurück zahlen. 25% seiner Schulden übernimmt die Partei. Diese 25% werden durch Kongressgold- und private Spenden finanziert. Durch besonderes Engagement in Staat und Partei kann die Partei noch mehr Schulden übernehmen.

Ein Beispiel: Person XY hat 500cc in die Parteikasse doniert und kriegt nun eine Mine finanziert. Zurückzahlen müsste Person XY nun 1500cc, sprich das Geld der anderen Spender. Die Partei übernimmt aber 25% dieser 1500cc Schulden. Demnach muss Person XY 375cc weniger zurückzahlen, d.h. insgesamt belaufen sich die Schulden von Person XY auf 1125cc.

Die Spenden werden genau notiert und können jederzeit von Parteimitgliedern eingesehen werden. Bei Interesse einfach mich ansprechen und ich gebe den Link raus. Dadurch, dass alle Donations notiert und nach mehreren Einzahlungen der Parteimitglieder summiert werden, hat man auch nach langer Zeit und kleinen Donations (50cc z.B.) eine gute Chance auf eine Mine.

Falls du mitmachen möchtest, kannst du mir eine beliebige Summe donieren. Ich schreibe dich dann so bald wie möglich an und gebe dir weitere Infos per Nachricht durch.

Das OMG-Mentorenprogramm hat diese Woche mit seiner Arbeit angefangen. Neulinge bis Level 27 werden die Grundlagen beigebracht. Möchtest du auch ein Mentor werden, schreib mir eine Nachricht und du erhälst so schnell wie möglich ein paar Neulinge. Einen Guide, wie du deine Arbeit am besten anstellst, gibts im Forum ab morgen.

I would like to thank all those who elected OMG in the congress elections. We've got nearly 40% of the congress and that's just awesome. So again, thank you from my side.

Slowly but steady, the different party internal projects are starting, mostly the mentoring and mine program. The reason for that is the big participation of the party members. We're going to have an IRC Meeting on Sunday after the commonhit (8:00-8:30pm german time). The issues we're going to discuss are the mine program, mentoring in short and some other ideas.

All those who would like to be in the government this month, should send a message to soon-to-be CP BadMax.

1. Mentoring Program

The OMG has started an own mentoring program, through which as much newbies as possible should learn the basics of erep. The newbies we are teaching the skills have already decided to join OMG. In a sheet, which will be updated every three days, each newbie up to level 27 will get one of our experienced mentors. At the moment, each mentor has around 5 newbies. Volunteers who would like to help us and who wants to be mentors as well, are welcome to join our team. Just send me a message. A short checklist for the mentor's work will be in the forum tomorrow.

In return that the soup kitchen won't be revived anymore, newbies who accepted the mentoring program and show activity will get kind of a one-time welcome present in terms of 100 Q2 food. Bayreuth58 and Vollkornbrot offered me their storage for this issue, so if you would like to donate a small part of your food amount to the party and its mentoring program, donate to one of these two and send me a message afterwards with the quantity of your donation.



2. Economical Freedom Program

The idea to the Economical Freedom Program (or Mine Program in short) comes from eSouth Africa. Now there will be a similar version in the OMG as well :3

Weapon factories of the highest levels need more Raw Materials (WRM) than managers can produce on their own. That's why these players must always buy WRM on the market. An aluminium mine doesn't give you a high income, but a regular one. Newbies are getting the chance to learn about the economy with an own mine and the chances are higher that they will stay playing this game. But also older players can benefit from that aluminium mine, especially if they want to ugrade their weapon factories.

An aluminium mine costs 10 gold, means ~2050cc. Each day, at least 125 WRM will be produced, even more if boni will be added. Sure, it will take its time until the mine's paying off. But future investments are never bad, or?

Let's begin with how the mine program works. You can donate to the party funds (moi at the moment) each sum of money and as often as you like. 50, 100, 250cc, the sum doesn't matter at first. If there's more than 2000cc in the party funds, the one who donated the most will get an aluminium mine financed.
Of course, the money of the other party members isn't lost. The lucky owner of an aluminium mine has to donate the money which wasn't donated by him/her back to the party funds. This has to be done within 3 months. 25% of these debts will be financed by the party through congress gold and private donations. If the owner has been engaged in the government and/or party, more debts can be financed by the party.

Example: Person XY has donated 500cc to the party funds and gets a mine. The debts are 1500cc at first. However, the party pays 25% of the debts, means Person XY has to pay 375cc less back. The debts are thus 1125cc.

The donations will be written down in a German way, so no penny will be lost. If you want, I can give you the link to the party funds, so you can check the current situation. Even if you've just donated little sums of money three or four times, you have the chance to get an aluminium mine. If you want to participate, you can donate as much money as you want to me. I will message you afterwards with more details.



tl;dr

The OMG Mentoring has started this week. Newbies up to level 27 will learn the basics by their mentors. If you want to be a mentor as well, message me and you'll get your newbies as soon as possible. A guide will be found in the forum from tomorrow on.
