[OE] Making Ireland a better place + RL Meeting!

Hello Ireland,
considering the absence of the fun events recently in Erepublik I’ve decided to share few pictures of CrOmega meeting in Zagreb, it wasn’t the real “meeting” though, we’re still preparing one where the majority of members will come. We’re all students/workers so it’s pretty hard to organise ourselves.

The meeting in Zagreb was basicly TomislavRexCroatorum, Iustitia, my Stela (who started to play) and me. We had few beers and I had to run on my friend’s wedding. Considering we were in hurry we had to drink as fast as possible. We’ve met each other and promised to meet again, we’ll also book plane tickets to Dublin somewhere in June when the most of examns are finished. So far few people applied! Time to meet our eHomeland in real life too!

OMEGA EIREANN IN CONGRESS

The second part of the article will focus more on more serious things. Omega Eireann currently has 12 congressmens after FRITZHILL has decided to leave Congress. He haven’t done it with consulting with party leadership and therefore he won’t be able to run under Omega Eireann any time soon. We’ll be the first ones to admit our mistakes. Colin Fox has decided to leave Congress to so it leaves us with 38 congressmens.

Our congressmens has been active on forum, all of them are registered and involved in debates. We’re often discussing things, events and what can we do for Ireland. We’re always voting on our laws and as the majority and part of Government we’ve proposed numerous laws and proposals such as the recent tax changes.

We’ve lowered VAT and Work Tax on 1% which enables our producers to equally compete with other, strong countries which has high bonuses. At this moment our producers are encourage to produce and sell in Ireland. Irish citizens should be encouraged to buy products off Irish market, even if the price is a bit higher always have on mind that by buying Irish you’re securing a better future to yourself. We’ve secured ourselves 80% bonus on Food and 40% bonus on weapons which is pretty great considering our size. We’re now ready to compete economically with other countries as well.



Since Omega Eireann came many things economically changed, as we’ve announced, we’re not looking to exploit RL politics to gain political points, what we do is using our knowledge of game mechanics to enable best terms for Irish citizens. Having Non stop weapon supplies, decent bonuses, great encouraging taxes proves us that we’re on a good way to make eIreland a desirable place to live. Hopefully, Irish citizens, those who trust us with their vote are happy with what they see we’re doing.

Our future plans are to continue our good work, attract more people to join us simply by doing good work for our country. We’re looking for active members, those who won’t be afraid to write articles, say their opinion or argue about something. We’re looking for constructive criticism and anything like this shall be welcomed in the comments. We’re representing people of Ireland and we’re going to continue to do so if they let us.
