Join the new world

Dear citizens of Israel,

Month of March came pretty fast,so it’s time for another Country Presidentship elections which will decide path Israel will go. It’s time for constructive changes,it’s time when we should give this country what it needs most,to become stable country in every possible way,both domestically and internationally. We have had a turbulent times,we must admit it,and all those made us a little stronger over time. As in real life,same applies to eRepublik when it comes to changes,so there is always space for something new. Like I said,what we really need are constructive changes,so after this term we can see normalization of country stability before normalizing our stability internationally.

With this thought on my mind,I have decided to candidate for highest position,Country President of Israel.

Speaking about my experience ingame I will tell more about my political career I have behind my name. Namely,I have experience in both alliance leadership and government work so I will just name the positions I’ve hel😛

LETO:

1. 2x Deputy Supreme Commander
2. 1x Deputy Secretary of Foreign Affairs

Government:

1. 2x vice Country President,
2. 16x Minister of Foreign Affairs
3. 3x MoD
4. 2x Minister of Information
5. 2x Minister of Immigration
6. 3x Head of Congress

But what I really think,based on my personal opinion,is that persons intentions are rather more important than the government positions person held, and determination to work for both community and people,but if you have any doubts or have something to ask me,both personally or about my plans I will represent you now or about my past government work,don’t hesitate to drop me a message in-game so we can talk a little bit,and I would be there and try to answer all of your questions.

First things first,I would like to thank all the parties that have supported my candidacy for such important position.

Big thanks to Israel Reform Party which has offered me to be host party when it comes to supporting my candidacy. I would also like to thank Am Israel Chai,Hasmoneans,Mobile Elite Kosher and The Revolution Party that have given their support too.





Presidential plan:

There is much to be told,so I won’t waste time and I will start representing you my plan.

First thing I want to talk about are my goals as President. What I have notice through my work as vCP this term and as Minister of Foreign Affairs term before this is that there are huge “holes” in both organization of Ministries themselves and using slower way of communication between Ministers themselves rather than IRC which is obviously much faster but on other hand could be less secure.

Organizations for Country President/Ministries:
Lack of organizations for both Ministries and Country President him/herself is a huge problem. As for the time I’m in Israel,I haven’t seen any official government organization which is used to post government articles. People who work as Ministers are posting Government articles same way as they do for they own non-political articles which is bad idea. What I have in my mind is that we should urgently make organizations for Country President and all Ministries which will be used only by President/Ministers themselves respectfully to get people informed about their work in Government,and then there would be no need to search for Government articles in private newspaper as we will have all Government articles on one place(eg. All MoFA articles will be under Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs organization so they can be easily found in future). Emails and passwords for both organizations and recovery e-mail which is used to reset organization password will be in my hands,and they will be transferred to newly elected President once my term is over. As soon as I become President,if elected,I will contact game administration so we can get organizations for both our future Country Presidents and its Ministries.

IRC vs in-game messages(government):
Using ingame messages as communication stuff is great for detailed communication between Minister and a President him/herself,I must admit it,but again based on my personal opinion another great way of communication is there,waiting. Namely I’m thinking about IRC,which is no doubt great for fast communication when there is need to do something urgently. So in my term I will use both ways of communication,trying to get future Ministers and Presidents to get used to it to use IRC on daily basis as another way of communication since most of the community including President his/herself are not using it constantly. As I’m totally against public governmental channels,my government will have private IRC channel only.

IRC channels(ministries):
Another mistake which has to be solved urgently are Ministries official channels. As I’ve told earlier in this article,I understand that most of the community does not use IRC as way of communication,but that get us to another problem,how people outside of community are going to find us if we are not online in-game for some reason or another. That’s why I think we should have our official government channels as all other countries have so we can communicate with others on a simpler way. I don’t think that we should make all governmental channel but rather important ones. Ones that I think are most important: Ministry of Defense ,which will be used to give orders to people,and give tanks in case of highly important battle both for our country and our allies; Ministry of Foreign Affairs,so Foreign Ministers from around World can get in touch with our Minister.





Government:

Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
Regarding alliance our situation is pretty clear at this moment. Even we are currently not in alliance,we haven't forgotten our friends from LETO.Those who helped us during time we were in LETO,even those who didn't are still our friends nevermind we are not under same roof called alliance. Those who are in Asteria are not forgotten too. What I want is to keep Minister of Foreign Affairs doing great job,keeping good relations with both Asteria and ex LETO friends as they were before,keeping our friendly countries integrity as they would do for ours. As for Israel,our current status will be neutrality,and it should be kept until new alliance is formed which would suit Israels needs,or joining those who are already formed.

Our current MPP stack is not huge,so we don't have as much MPP's as big countries do,we don't have as much money as big countries do to sign all MPP's with friendly countries we respect,so what we will do is signing MPP's that are highly militarily important to us,with all respect to all our friends who would be left without MPP with Israel.

Ambassadorship program is something which is hardly missing too. I will speak with my Minister of Foreign Affairs about it,and possibility to integrate as much our ambassadors in countries where there is need for,and try to get it started as soon as possible. We should get information from our allies mostly,but don't be surprised if we get ones in our enemy countries, so we can get us as much information as it's needed.

Also,Minister of Foreign Affairs will be active daily on our official channel,which should be advertised on his articles so we can let foreign officials know where they can speak with our Foreign Minister.

Ministry of Defense:
Ministry of Defense will be more active this month. There's obvious reason for it looking at current month when we had semi-active minister posting daily orders just once daily which is not enough,looking at how often importance of battles changes during day being it our allies one or our own. As for Foreign Minister same applies for Defense Minister,so daily activity will be encouraged,also there would be orders posted in both our official irc channel as in the official newspaper of Ministry of Defense.

Ministry of Education:
Ministry of Education will have huge job to do this month. It will be splitted into 2 major roles, article for newbies and Kosher store.

Articles for our babies is important thing so we can keep them interested in game and how game mechanics works. It will also keep our babies in game which gives Israel as community more financial income and gives us more military power. Articles will be written in both English and Hebrew so we will have all areas covered. Also we should give our babies advice how to use their gold,upgrading their Training Grounds to maximum without fighting,so we could make them d1 baby-tanks in their earlier stadium of game-play,or making so called "baby bank" which will finance Training Ground upgrade to maximum which will be refundable,as I think it's important to have our lower divisions more powerful so we could win our battles more comfortable.

On other hand this current month we had splitted opinions about Kosher store,but what I think is that it’s great to rise production of our own weapons and food and sell them to people on cheaper price comparing to prices of foreign units which are pretty expensive.

Ministry of Finance:
Although our taxes have been risen a bit in current term,in my personal opinion a bit higher then it has to be,in this term Minister of Finance and I will be looking over results of it,and fixing taxes if there's need to. Our current taxes are great for both,which was my plan after all,getting more income to our country and Kosher Store which has started great last term,and its worth to continue this way in upcoming next month.

Weekly reports are something that is highly missed. What I think is that people should be more informed about it country financial situation,so this term we will have 2 types of records regarding our finance.

1. Financial book:
Financial book will contain information about our money and how much of it is used through MM,how much its used to make new MPPs,and other financial informations. With it we should keep track of how our money is used,and on the end of term we should see if we have losses or we earned money compared to last month. This information will be kept secured for obvious reasons as I don't want countries money to be shown publicly.

2. Public reports:
Public reports will contain informations for general public,so there we will have 2 sections:

1. How much money we spent on newly signed MPPs
2. How much money we earned through Monetary Market

Ministry of Immigration:
Having citizenship committee is great idea. That said,we will have our borders secured,and there should be no threat of possible PTO's. That idea started last month,and it was integrated into community,but not 100%,and nobody is sure how it works. What I want is make it ministry,so citizenship process has more control by government itself. I will speak with minister about it so we can have our citizenship process as simple as it could,but make it harder for possible PTO's to join it. What I was thinking of is that there should be 3set of rules,one that would be related to those that have been given citizenship of Israel,and set blacklist for those that break rules so they can't get citizenship of Israel once they lose one. Second set of rules will be congress related,and it should be enforced to all congress members that have right to give citizenship. If congress member breaks rules,his/her party president will be contacted,so he could be putted on congress candidate blacklist. Third set of rules will be enforced to Party Presidents,they maintain congressional candidates blacklist. As Congress is main executive body of the government,they will be highly involved in shaping up these set of rules and anything citizenship related. Control over both citizenship committee and its black list is exclusive right of President and Minister of Immigration.



Regarding my government,those I have chosen are people who will be working hard with me being elected President of Israel,and all of those are well known and highly respected in our community,so list of my government members will be posted on 4th of March.
