Hello people,

First of all. I have to make an announcement. We are looking for someone who can make a cool banner for Ministry of Media and Entertainment. Multiple people can apply for it with their price offers as well as sample. And we will choose the best contender with the best price. I will wait 2 days before choosing. So please pm me as soon as possible. ePakistanis would be given preference.

Now onto the main part, as I said in my previous article, we are looking for writers who are interested in writing under the banner of MOME as taking part in our 'Article of The Day' Competition as well as 'Article of The Month' Competition. Though I am very disappointed to see that no one has applied yet. Come on, dodial, kualkerr, aqib maqsood, zafthfirst, hamis11, saif ali khan, mehmood25. You are active citizens and we need your help if you take the first step the younger and less active people will also take interest.
For taking part in the article competitions there are just two very simple requirements:

1. When you write the article, in the name you will have to include the tag [MOME].
2. You will have to use the banner of the Ministry before the article.

I will provide the interested people with the banner as soon as it is made. But until then you can start writing just by writing Ministry of Media and Entertainment in the headline, the same way as I have done. Thats all. Other than that there are no restrictions as to what kind of article you write. Though I must add, such articles as promote activity or entertain will be given preference in the competition. Yet, I repeat there's no restriction, even if you write articles against the government I will consider them in the competition on equal basis as others and you will if I feel that your article had most hard work done on it. About the prize and number of winners, there will be maximum of three winners everyday of daily competition. In which case each will get 3 tanks. If however, the contestants are less than 3. The 9 tanks will be divided on 5:4 ratio where the better article would get 5 tanks. In case of just 1 article. All 9 tanks will go to its writer without competition.

In case of the Article of The Month competition there would be just 1 winner and all the daily competition winning articles will be considered in it. Though I might add some more articles in that list which I think might have a chance of winning.
The prize for the Article of The Month is yet to be decided as my budget is still under the consideration of The Ministry of Economy. Though I will try to make it as high as possible even if I have to add money from myself though the truth be told I am not much of a businessman and I won't be able to take it too high. So I request all the citizens equal to or above level 24 to help as much as you can with your donations. Please no one under level 24.

The daily competition will be judged by me and me alone and decision will be undisputed at any rate. While the Article of The Month would be judged by me, Umer Liaquat, dodial and kualkerr.

That is all about the article-writing competition. Although it was my intention when I started writing to give updates on all the parts of the plan outline but now I see that this articles has gotten too long so the rest of the updates will be made tomorrow or day after. Though one update can be made in single sentence. We have already started the collaborative work with MOSA and first article is already published and I will make sure that it remains in the media till the end of this term.
