Weekly Report
Dear Citizens!
It’s been a while since the last report but due to the recent occupations most of our state companies have been on foreign territory. Now all of them but [url= http://www.erepublik.com/en/company/austrian-state-grain-231113
] the Grain Company [/url] are back so I can start over again.
I Companies
[url= http://www.erepublik.com/en/company/austrian-state-food-222127
] The Food Company [/url] who offered the only jobs in the last week will run out of grain in a few days so be prepared to leave it in time. The Gift Company will now accept people with low skills. The Weapon Company will once more produce at the best possible productivity until we reached a stock of 1000 weapons.
II Wellness Program
The MoL started a Wellness Program to improve the wellness of our working population. Newcomers should write a PM to OEBernd as they are not part of this program. Higher wellness means higher productivity so if you have dedicated workers in your company (or are one yourself) feel free to PM me to receive free gifts. So far we distributed 100 gifts and there are many more left.
III Monetary Market
The Croatian PTOers and the occupation of almost all our regions caused a lot of trouble and made the monetary market collapse. Right now the Minster of Finance Fragreg is working on this problem and we will soon see some actions taken by the government.

Wöchentlicher Bericht
Liebe Mitbürger!
Seit dem letzten Bericht ist jetzt schon eine Weile vergangen, aber durch die kürzliche Besetzung unseres Landes befanden sich die meisten unserer Betriebe auf fremdem Gebiet. Nun sind alle bis auf die Getreidefirma wieder da und ich kann mich wieder darum kümmern.
I Betriebe
Der Nahrungsmittelfirma , die in der letzten Woche die einzig verfügbaren Jobs angeboten hat, wird recht bald das Getreide ausgehen. Die Geschenkefirma wird ab sofort wieder Arbeiter mit niedrigem Skill aufnehmen. Die Waffenfirma wird erneut mit der bestmöglichen Produktivität arbeiten bis wir einen Stand von 1000 Waffen erreichen.
II Wellness Programm
Das MoL hat ein Wellness Programm initiiert welches die Wellness der Arbeiterschaft erhöhen soll. Neulinge sollten weiterhin PMs an OEBernd schicken da sie nicht für mein Programm vorgesehen sind. Höhere Wellness bedeutet höhere Produktivität und daher kann jeder einen zuverlässigen Arbeiter mit geringer Wellness beschäftigt (oder selber einer ist) eine PM an mich schicken. Bisher haben wir 100 Geschenke verteilt und es sind noch eine Menge auf Lager.
III Finanzmarkt
Der kroatische PTO-Versuch und die Besetzung von einem großen Teil unseres Landes hat viele Probleme verursacht und den Finanzmarkt einbrechen lassen. Im Moment arbeitet unser Finanzminister Fragreg an diesem Problem und wir werden bald erste Maßnahmen von Seiten der Regierung sehen.
