[MoI] Emergency, All Congressman MUST VOTE NO to MPP with Russia

[Emergency!!!!] Message from the MoI [Please vote this up!!!!!!]

All congressman are to vote no on the MPP to Russia. According to our president in the congress discussion about the MPP we are to vote no on it. PHX asked Myers11 to block the Russians.

I am also shocked and dismayed that at the time of writing 6 of the 11 people who voted yes on this bill. I do not care if you are new or old, but there a procedures in congress. You check the forum congress debate section first. Even if it looks like a standard bill, you are to follow a certain procedure at all times. I do not know is it due to inexperience or them taking a short cut, I hope next time you will take the effort and view the congress debate section before you vote. I hope all people can learn from this and avoid this in the future.

Once again, I ask all citizens to vote this up so we can save 100 gold to go to waste.
