Good day to all Peruvians and allies of the world, Regards from Sergio Cuadrao, MoFa of ePeru. The purpose of this report is to present to the public the activities and pending arrangements with Australia.

I. PAYMENT FOR LEASE OF eAUSTRALIAN REGIONS


Following some delay in meetings with the dictator XenthuS, the Government of eAustralia, and citizens there, we have been able to reach a bilateral agreement after various diplomatic efforts. Therefore, the development of diplomatic relations between the two countries will continue normally.

Currently, the Act of Donation of Money is proceeding, sent by the ePeruvian dictator, L7.QualifiedWarrior.

The Government and dictator of eAustralia recommended sending the money to the Official Organization of the Alliance NEBULA. So this is occurring per these requests.


XenthuS has clarified the manner in which the dictator will carry out management of the lease, and how he will manage the money from the public coffers of Australia. In this, we hope that he will meet the proposed objectives and maintain ongoing communication with the ePeruvian Government in office. Now that he has recognition from the government of ePeru, he can sleep in peace.

II. AMBASSADOR TO eAUSTRALIA

The ePeruvian Government, with a view to forwarding its diplomatic, military, economic and trade relations with eAustralia, has opened its sixteenth (16th) Embassy in Canberra. The assigned Ambassador is Mr. Dragoshark 3.0.

A second consular office will be opened soon in Sydney, for all surfers and citizens who require diplomatic services.



III. LEASE AGREEMENT WITH eAUSTRALIA

There is an existing bilateral agreement between ePeru and eAustralia prepared by Dikilucario, who was Diplomatic Envoy at the time of its establishment:

ePeru will rent the regions of Queensland (sand) and Northern Territory (fruit) from eAustralia.
To compensate Australia for these regions, Peru will pay Australia 18,000cc/month.
The terms of region rent will be re-discussed every 30 days.
Australia will conduct RW's agreed upon for resetting the determination bonus; Peru will assist for this.
Peru will release one region if Australia requires it for congress.
Peru will not attack countries with whom eAustralia has Non-Aggression Pacts from Australian soil.
Peru will not use this territory to attack other regions, unless first discussed with Australia.
Australia and Peru will have and maintain MPP for the duration of this agreement.
Any breach of these terms will null and void this agreement.
It is requested that the citizens of ePeru respect the points of the agreement with eAustralia.
