Einleitung

Werte eBürger*Innen,
im folgenden Artikel soll es um die aktuell existierenden Allianzen gehen, die es ingame gibt. In der vergangenen Woche wurden regierungsintern Gespräche geführt, ob bestimmte Allianzen für eDL Sinn machen würden und wie der weitere Ausblick ist. Es werden nun die Allianzen aufgeführt und ein paar Kommentare dazu abgegeben, abschließend gibt’s einen Ausblick auf kommende Aktionen. Viel Spaß damit!

Asteria ist aktuell die stärkste Allianz mit starken Top10-Ländern. Mit manchen Ländern wie Rumänien oder Brasilien hatten wir in der Vergangenheit auch positive Beziehungen, doch derzeit bestehen wohl wenig Schnittpunkte. Dies sieht man z.B. daran, dass Argentinien uns vor einigen Wochen per Airstrike angriff und seither besetzt hält. Man kann also sagen, dass wir eher der Contra-Asteria-Seite zugehören, was es nicht leichter macht auf der Karte zu bestehen.

Orion sah in meinen Augen (Otis84) zunächst positiv aus was die Chancen eines möglichen Beitritts angeht, da wir z.B. mit Schweden einen NAP haben und Frankreich ein starkes Land in unserer Nachbarschaft ist. Außerdem mag ich Kanada. Im Austausch mit meinen Regierungskollegen musste ich allerdings erfahren, dass hier die Aussichten wenig gut aussehen. So bestehen zwar zumindest aktuell bessere Beziehungen zu Schweden und auch mit Frankreich hat man mögliche Zwistigkeiten in der Vergangenheit umgangen. Doch sind etwa die Beziehungen zu Kanada auf einem Tiefpunkt, ist doch v.a. die Zusammenarbeit mit dem aktuellen CP Rylde mehr als schwierig. Und wie zum Beweis wurde gestern bekannt, dass Kanada die Allianz aus Gründen verlassen wird. Zudem ist Niederlande beigetreten, weil sie Hilfe beim Angriff auf uns benötigten und Iran ist nicht nur Feind unseres Verbündeten Türkei, sondern hat auch schon mehrmels versucht in eDL zu landen. Zuletzt folgt die Einschätzung der Allianz als stark Asteria-nah, was wie gesagt ein zusätzliches Ausschlusskriterium ist, erklärt aber zusätzlich warum Asteria derzeit so stark da steht.

Diese Allianz stellt eine relativ neutrale dar, doch besteht auch hier keine Chance der Mitwirkung für eGermark. Die Beziehungen zur USA sind gespannt, genauso wie die zu Finnland und Lettland, wir standen uns schon öfter auf Schlachtfeldern gegenüber.

Die wohl positivste Allianz für eGermark stellt PLUTO dar. So bestehen z.B. positive Beziehungen zu den Staaten Spanien und Mexiko und auch mit dem UK und Belgien besteht freundlicher Austausch. Mit bereits sieben Mitgliedern mit teils eigenen größeren Problemen scheint eine Mitgliedschaft aber eher problematisch, eine engere Zusammenarbeit ist aber angebracht.

Dann gibt es da noch Nebula, eine gemütliche kleine Allianz ohne stärkere Nationen, macht wenig Sinn dort beizutreten. Zudem wehrten wir für eBelgien mehrmals Airstrikes von Nebula ab und standen schon in direktem Konflikt mit eJapan und eMontenegro.

Als letztes aber nicht als schlechtestes (oder doch) wäre da noch Banana, in welcher, wie vielleicht auffallen mag, unser Land auftaucht. Bis auf weiteres hat sich eGermark also entschieden dieser kleinen aber feinen Allianz zusammen mit unserem Alliierten eDenmark sowie Zypern und Albanien beizuwohnen. Es gibt Leute, die meinen. Und es gibt andere, die versichern, dass es die beste und stärkste Allianz von allen ist - denn was ist stärker als die Kraft des (Galgen-)Humors? Stimmt, in eRep oft die Goldkäufer - aber da stehen wir drüber. We are Banana, und das ist auch gut so! ;P

Ein weiteres mit Italien ist in der Mache.

Wie ihr in den vorherigen Kapiteln lesen konntet ist die Weltlage verzwickt, schaut man auf die Weltkarte mit unseren aktuellen Besatzern Argentinien, Polen und Ungarn erkennt man dies. Moment. Für die nicht so belesenen Mitbürger sei gesagt: Mit Polen und Ungarn haben wir Verträge über die Vermietung von Regionen - und wir sind froher Hoffnung, dass sich auch das Problem mit Argentinien über kurz oder lang lösen lässt. Wenn alles gut läuft scheinen die Kongresswahlen gesichert, wir werden sehen. Und auch das Kapitel unserer Allianzzugehörigkeit ist nicht abgeschlossen, derzeit laufen Vorbereitungen für eine eigene Allianz. Es gibt auf der eWelt noch weitere allianzlose Nationen, mit denen wir in gutem Kontakt stehen, schaut ihr euch unsere MPPs an könnt ihr erahnen in welche Richtung es womöglich gehen könnte. Doch dies will wohl überlegt sein, es braucht einen engen Kern mit gegenseitiger Solidarität, sonst scheitert eine Allianz wie so viele vor ihr an praktischen Problemen im Zwist.

Introduction

Dear eCitizens,
in the following article we will present the current alliances of the New World to you. Last week we talked about the possibility of joining an alliance and how we could be of mutual benefit. Firstly however, we will introduce you to the alliances and come to a conclusion.

Asteria
• Romania

Asteria is actually the strongest alliance with strong Top10 countries. We had positive relationships with some countries like Romania and Brazil in the past, but currently there seem to be less overlaps. This can be seen p.e. at the fact, that Argentina airstriked us several weeks ago and holds most of our regions right on. So one can say, that we stand more on the contra-Asteria side, which doesn’t make it easier for us to stand our ground.




Orion
• France
• Canada
• Netherlands
• Sweden
• Iran
• Peru
At first glance Orion looks somewhat positive in case of the chances for a possible participation, because we have a NAP with Sweden and France is a strong country in our neighbourhood. Plus I like Canada. But in exchange with my collegues of the government I had to learn that looks can be deceiving. We have okayish relations to Sweden at the moment and with France we managed to avoid possible disputes. But the relations to Canada are nonexistant, and the prospect of having to work together with its CP, Rylde, is not exactly a bonus. It became apparent yesterday, that Canada would leave the alliance because Rylde does not like France and Iran. Also, Netherlands just joined because of their aggression towards us and Iran isn’t just an enemy of our ally Turkey, but also tried to airstrike us several times in the past. In the end follows the estimation of Orion being strongly Pro-Asteria, which is a further knock-out criteria, but also explains why Asteria is so strong at the moment.

This alliance seems to be quite neutral, while trying to benefit from both sides and quite obviously no option for eGermark. The relations to USA are difficult, as well as they are to Finland and Latvia, with whom we confronted several times on the battlefield.




PLUTO

The most positive alliance for eGermark seems to be PLUTO. So there are good relations to the nations of Spain and Mexico as well as to the UK and Belgium, where there are friendly exchanges. But already seven members with particular problems of their own a membership would be problematic. Though an eager contact seems to be appropriate.




Nebula

• Czech Republic
• Japan
• Australia
• Israel
• Uruguay
• Montenegro
Then there is Nebula, a cozy small alliance without stronger nations, it doesn’t make sense to join here. Furthermore we defended several Airstrikes of Nebula against our friend Belgium and stood in direct conflict with Japan and Montenegro.




Banana

Last but not least (or is it) there is Banana, where, perhaps remarkably, our country appears. Until further notice eGermark decided to be part of this small but fine alliance together with our ally Denmark, Albania and Cyprus. There are people that mean. And there others that know it is the best and strongest alliance of them all - because what is stronger than the power of (gallows) humor? Right, In eRepublik it’s often the gold buyers - but we are above such things. We are Banana and that is our way! ;P



Current MPPs and outlook

A further MPP with Italia is to come.

As you could read in the past chapters, the international situation is complicated. If one looks onto the world map with our current occupiers Argentina, Poland and Hungary you can see this. Wait. For people that do not know all the details: we have a treaty with Poland and with Hungary about the renting of some of our regions. And we expect to solve the Argentinian problem soon. Congress elections are safe, due to our diplomacy. And also the chapter of our alliance taking part isn’t completed, actually there are preparations for the creation of our own alliance. In the world, there are further allianceless nations with whom we have good relations. If you check our MPPs you can see in which direction it might lead. But this has to be well prepared, a core of mutual trust is neccessary, else the alliance will fail like many before because of practial problems.
