[MoF] Training Contracts

Day 2,444, 14:24 Published in Netherlands Netherlands by Ministerie van Economische Zak

Training contracts are something the government has been trying to implement for some time now. The idea was first proposed under Notie112's term and followed up with DanielParker when he was MoF, but it never completely took off. There has been talk with congress and government officials on how to implement such a system and it has been quite helpful in developing a plan. Ultimately the duty and responsibilities fall to the MoF department to actually implement the program and setup the paramaters. Below are the guidelines we will be using for training contracts. We plan on looking at each case individually and deciding from there.

Training Contract Terms and Conditions

1. Each candidate is expected to be a citizen of Netherlands for 6 or more months.

2. A training contract will be 50% subsidy and 50% loan.

3. A training contract is expected to be payed back a minimum of 10 gold every month.

4. All training contracts have a maximum limit of 93.5 gold. (Equivalent of one full upgraded training ground during a sale)

5. Any candidate that enters a training contract must payback the amount of the loan or face blacklisting.

*All of these terms and conditions are subject to change, but they will never be changed in a way that hurts the candidate. (We will not increase the amount of the loan or increase the minimum payment amount.)

**All candidates will need to apply for said contract here: http://www.enetherlands.nl/viewtopic.php?f=101&t=12708 It is suggested that anyone interested simply apply even if they don't believe they can meet the standards of the contract.

***All candidates that undergo a contract will be listed here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AmBBdzMqrIBmdHFrNkFfaGtSVjBrcm50YzlhYU9CU3c#gid=17 It is there that they can review their balances and right any errors.

Any more details that arise will be discussed with each candidate in private. The MoF department will contact each applicant with either an acceptance or denial. If accepted, they will be asked if they agree to the terms as listed above and a screenshot will be taken for our records. Please note that this is not an infallible process. It is likely there will be errors and changes made as we go about, but we want to get this program out on the road with no more delays.
