Welcome to another edition of how getting wiped ruins the economy…

I’m your new host, WookieO, and I shall be totting up the figures, baking the pies in the charts, garnishing the gold reserves and of course, counting the pennies this month.

As Appleby’s Minister of Finance I have been tasked with letting you know how low the eUK’s cash reserves fall week by week, but hopefully in as entertaining a manner as is possible when you’re dealing with accounting.

Naturally all of our figures are made up real...

Ministry of Silly Walks grants

If you haven’t read the first article from the MoSW, then I would definitely take a gander at it. I am ecstatic to announce, as confirmed in the article, that there will be grants offered to those in need of MoSW assistance.

Having poked my head into the eUK’s vaults a number of times in the past few days though, I have noticed that unfortunately the nation cannot offer these grants from the Treasury, as we are almost potless. The good news however is that I have stumped up a whopping £500 of my own cash to help those eUKers who are in need of sillier walks.

I shall make the funds available to Mr Kant when he finds his needy souls to assist in ever sillier walking.

And now for something completely different much more sensible…

Organisation Loans

My first job once in office was to contact all those who had loaned an org last month and to extract rent from those who wished to continue using those orgs for this term. We charge a mere £1k to rent one of these fine British organisations, so if you do fancy a flutter on the markets for a month it really is a good deal.

There are currently five orgs available to loan for your transactions on the monetary market when you’ve exceeded your player 10g limit. If you’re interested send me a PM and £1k and I’ll message you the login details.
