[MoE] eIrish food project - round 2

Hello dear citizens




The Ministry will continue with this project, despite the low turnout for the first round of this project. I'll consider it a challenge and will do my best to make this project better, more accessible to new players and more efficient.

Since there was much food left from the last round, the MoE will now give away 3000 energy per citizen. The only condition to get this food is the same as the last time - you must be eIrish. 🙂 Just tell me that you want to receive this in the comments and you will get the food ASAP
