[MoD] Update Day 2073

Hello Comrades of eIndia.

As you all will be aware of that the Military Contest is back again.

So I request all the Tanks the National Guards i.e. Division 3 and 4. Please join Indian Armed Forces the National MU of eIndia.
So that we can collective give our damage and try to be in the top 50 MU's of the eWorld. I know it's never going to be easy but we should not lose our hope and Do our Best.

Secondly, Our National Military Unit had changed the name from Azad Hind Fauj to Indian Armed Forces and we had also started apart time Mercenary fighting.

Mercenary Fighting is basically done to increase both the income of the seller and national funds.
It had been decide that the money earned by selling damage will be distributed in 3 parts. Proportions are :-
a. 65% to Seller : So that he can cover his weapons + moving charges + get some extra money in hands.
b. 28% to National Treasury : As you all now the Govt. don't earn enough to make many MPP's and giving dispatch. So its a way to increase Govt. funding also.
c. 7% to referrer : The player who bring an mercenary order we will give him 7% of the total amount of money we earned from selling the damage.
Note: referrer can be anyone either he is a D1/D2/D3/D4 player.

We started this Mercenary Fighting from the Day 2070 that day we sold 70.5 M D4 damage and earned 10525cc but all the money earned was given to the Citizens who sold the damage.
Next Day i.e. 2071 we introduced the Tax system as proportion is given above.
That day we sold 19.1 M D4 damage and earned 2502cc in that we collected 700cc as Tax and Lysander Spooner II had donated his 65% to Govt. So total money earned by Govt. is 700cc + 241cc = 941cc

This part time Mercenary will help alot to all the players + Govt.

So, I request the future MoD of eIndia to continue wilh this plan.

And the last I request all D3 and D4 players to add Indian Armed Forces Script.
