***Military News - Day 1297***

With the war in N.America continuing after Sweden attacked Canada via Scotland, Canada are seemingly in a bit of a fix. At the time of writing, Sweden have won all 5 battles so far. This surely bodes well for our national interest.

The war against Ireland however took a turn for the worse yesterday as Shannon was RW'd back and Wexford was taken by the Irish who saved their damage rather than help their allies in their hour of need.

Of course, our damage was being laid elsewhere, as it continues to be laid, in defence of our French cousins. Nevertheless, Northern Ireland remains firmly in the hands of the eUK, where it should be, and once France is out of danger our thoughts may well turn again to fruit.

As for France however, the outlook is grim. ONE continues to roll through the French hinterlands in order to reach their grand prize: the eUSA. France have found it difficult to even win a single mini-battle against ONE even though they are, of course, the primary focus of EDEN/Terra (cough).

As for the big picture, the armies of ONE continue to destroy EDEN/Terra resistance just about everywhere and if/when ONE gets their full invasion force into America proper, it seems impossible to imagine anything other than a massive American defeat given the recent results of battles v. Spain.
