[MoD] Final Update (edited)

Hello Comrades of eIndia.

This is my last article as MoD of this term. As I will be going back to college. My college is in greater Noida. I live there in a flat. There is no net connection. So I will login with my phone but will be just a 2 clicker + will complete my DO daily.

I got offers from both the CP candidates srachit and Forter to continue with the MoD post. And I had replied both the same that "If I find a net access there then I might continue with MoD post again" But I would like to tell you if I become MoD again for the next month I won't be too much active as I will be busy in college from 9am to 6pm after then only I will able to login. If I don't continue with the MoD again then please add me to the MoD thread. I will like to help in organising MU and damage.

Now Let me give you updates of this month.

[JULY - AUGUST] TERM UPDATES

This was a great term in defense.

Achievement's in this term
1. We have started organising our damage.
2. A part time mercenary work had been started a week back. In that we had sold a damage of 15338cc amount. In that Govt. earned 5158cc. This amount is used to help to continue with our dispatch system plus extra MPP's.
3. Indian Armed Forces MU had started organising their regiments. But this organising is been postponed till this MU Tournament get over.

Now objectives which we want to achieve in this upcoming term. Actually I had some plans in my mind so I request the next MoD to achieve it.
And I also request the CP of the next term to choose a active and trustworthy MoD as decided the MoD duty is to dispatch all food and weapons to the players as per the program running by the Govt.

Objectives for [AUGUST-SEPTEMBER] TERM
a. Plans for Indian Armed Forces
1. Few days back Me, Asmitatheone, Navincharles had made some discussions regarding the recruitment in the Indian Armed Forces MU and we had decided that we will set National Force as the recruiting rank. So that only Division 3 and Division 4 can join IAF MU.
Note:- Rank can be set higher than National Force.

2. There will be only 2 regiments in the Indian Armed Forces:-
Regiment 1 will have all D4 players.
Regiment 2 will have have only D3 players.

Regiment 1 will have Commander + 2nd Commander + Captain
Regiment 2 will have 2nd Commander + Captain.

And Further regiments will be empty. And I request D1 and D2 players to join Nirvana MU else you will be kicked from IAF MU after the Tournament get over.
I hope you all will help in organising the MU.

b. Plans for Nirvana MU
I had talked to Jaskaran Singh regarding organising their MU.
1. Nirvana MU is for Division 1 and Division 2 players.
There should be 2 regiments for the D2 players i.e. regiment 1 and 2. As we have a quite a good number of D2 players. You can check here. we have approx 81 players. I don't know how many are active.
And regiment 3 onwards all D1 players should be there.

2. D1 players need more attention. So I request the dMoD to make a thread and include all regiments captains in that thread. And do discuss ways to attract D1 players to game.
And the captains of the regiments should have a thread in that all D1 players of their regiment should be included. Your duty will be to to help them and solve their queries and guide them.

And I request the next term CP, MoD and dMoD to select top 3 players from each regiment and reward them food or weapons. So their will be a competitive feeling and they will try to perform better.

c. Indian Foreign Legion (LFL) :- This I read in Forter's CP Plan. Well I liked this plan. Actually I was thinking for this from before but din't have time to discuss this with Uv ajed. So I also request the next CP to look into this. By I request to merge that with IAF MU in regiment 3. Please don't create a third MU for this. This will mess up all.

d. Dissolve MU:- eIndia have hardly 150 active players who fight. And after that we had 11 MU in eIndia. I request the CP, MoD and Commanders of different MU. To talk in this matter (include me too). And Please dissolve the MU and make a single MU this will help us alot.
And the new players who joined the game have so many choice to join MU. So they get confuse and always select the wrong one. So if only there is only 1 MU then they have no other choice and will join the one which we want them to choose.
