Guess who I am and you win a nice prize!
Two of the four old avatars in the last Who am I edition weren't guessed right. I decided to give you a second chance, but with an extra hint. In this edition we are looking for Avatar 3 of the last article.
As a extra hint I can say the person we are looking for is still active today. Below you can see a small bit of his or her current avatar.

I for one definitely don't... It is a very small hint, but enough to eliminate quite a couple of people...
And I just noticed that Kordak has a "fake" DAFatar, and therefore also definitely doesn't have this part of the avatar.

Bottom left corner: the flag in your case is aligned with the with the black/orange transition. Compared with other DAFatars this is incorrect, as the flag extends further to the right, to roughly halfway the width of the "triangle part" of the black section.
So somebody resized some aspects of your DAFatar. I think I like your design more, but it definitely is not the official version, like ElGorro, Banglades, and myself have (to name all the other people replying to this topic).
