[MDP] One More Month of Xander

Once again, I accept the nomination of the Military Dictatorship Party's presidency. Jason Welsh has done a fine job bringing us back to stability after a minor kerfuffle, and the party has - due in no small part to the apparent dissolution of the former United Front - regained it's #2 spot, both in Congress and in overall membership.

I intend to turn up the heat a little during my term. What's a month with Xander Kross at the helm going to look like? Well, here's how things look over in CPF:
