Launch of the Norwegian website

Last month, the ministry of solidarity worked to develop a website.
The site is a concentration of what you can find on the forum. Its main goal is to provide a simple information overview, accessible to all.
The site will only work if it is regularly updated. Future governments will (hopefully) ensure this happens.

Thank you to the ministers of the previous government who helped me prepare the site and the future governments that will ensure updates.
