[Investigation] Who is GLaDos. ???

GLaDoS. On first inspection this would appear to be the return of another historical character and friend of DishMCDS. A little closer inspection reveals the the well known GLaDOS persona that we all knew is firmly dead - and the new GLaDos-with-a-fullstop is a completely different character.
I posted these details as part of my UKRP Party Presidential Manifesto - and received a reaction from the controller of the account:
Having had my investigative powers questioned - I pulled on my Deerstalker and had a closer look at the mysterious GLaDos.
The account (1626113 that is NOW GLaDos. is listed here - https://www.erepublik-deutschland.de/en/tools/playerstats/1626113
This account was eborn on 10/07/2009 as Takt, a Chinese citizen.
In Jan 2011 the owner of this account became Chinese Ambassador to eNorway - http://forum.erepublik.no/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2834 - and described himself/herself as 'My english is not great but I like to chat with people.'
In January 2016, the account became active again after a dormant period and moved from China to Pakistan (29/01/2016), then Australia (11/03/2016), and more recently on to eUK (02/05/2017). Along the way the English language skills of this character improved markedly.
On arrival in eUK this persona joined Prince Harry's (Dapper's) Lemon Party, before slipping quietly into the UKRP on 11/05/2017 where he/she/it is now running for Party President.
So - on inspection my best guess would be that this is a 're-cycled' account now under the control of Prince Harry/Dapper.
So - what do you think? Is my analysis accurate? Do you have any evidence that suggests that someone else my be controlling this mysterious persona?

I find it strange to accredit this behaviour to the individual I supported successfully as Country President and to whose Military Unit I offered my support last month.

As people have already said, the English is far too good to be Dapper, plus I don't think Dapper even knows who or what Dio is...
I'm yet to see him throw cash around with gay abandon, so that rules out Alfagrem.

I am the illegitimate spawn of WayneKerr and certacito.
I spouted from their loins following an unholy tryst they shared at the back of a Tescos on a stormy night.
Certacito has rejected me as "it's" son and since I broke my shackles and returned to the eUK, has tried to silence me with things that shall remain unspoken. Alas, I shall not be silenced.
Here are some things you should know about me,
1. I am fundamentally lazy and can barely be bothered to log into this account. The thought of me having more than one is amusing, to say the least.
2. I have no real political interest. When I played this game previously, I was thrust into politix unwillingly, even though I was obviously brilliant at it. My main reason for logging in today is unadulterated trolling. And to seek vengeance on my evil parents.
3. I will likely get bored and leave soon, unless you continue to show me more attention than I deserve. If you butter me in love and give me some kind of position of power, I will likely cause mayhem and keep logging in. Those that know me can profess I have a preclivity for such things.
4. Takt was a lovely old chap who died. GLaDos soul slipped into his amiable Chinese flesh after his own flesh couldn't remember how to get out of bed in the morning.

So it's pretty amusing to see all this speculation about pretty much nothing.
This can be put to rest rather easily, I believe.
His writing is far superior to what Ajay, Dapper, or those fellows can put together, and I believe that it is GlaDos, personally. It can be proven rather easily, simply by logging into the forums. If your IP matches your previous locations (or country of origin), then it's legit.
