By my calculations, and assuming we have a congress with 1 territory held, 13 congressmen will be elected. Of course the admins have to wave their magic wands first. At the moment, we're actually up 21 votes from last month's poll.
Back shortly after 14:00 GMT (06:00 eRT) with the full results.
So the scores remained the same as shown above; no voting irregularities this month!
Here's how congress should've looke
I forgot to take screenshots of who should be in congress as, despite holding a territory as the polls closed, we needed a territory after the results got confirmed to have congress. This leaves suezo31 with the sole vote on any measures for the time being.
