How to manage your companies

Step 1: Choose the companies in which you want to work as manager

Don't worry about your current health. If necessary, you will be eating food automatically. Just make sure you have enough food in inventory and enough health left to recover.
You can work only in one company if you want, and later in other company, or in all at once, as manager. You can work only once per company in same day as manager.

Attention: You can't collect your works as manager to produce after some X days. If you have 3 companies, and you didn't work as manager today, tomorrow you have same 3 works as manager, not 6.

Step 2: Check how many of your employees came to work so far

The employees are no longer working in a specific company, but they work for the manager. They come to work and get their salary paid, but they are not producing anything until you decide where to use them.



Step 3: Assign them to your companies

Attention: Be carefully when you push Start production button, unselect unwanted employees, because they will remain selected from previous Start production.

Each company type can support a limited number of employees. Upgrading companies or buying better raw materials companies can increase the number of employees you can hire and assign.

Step 4: When you are happy with your management decisions,
Start Production!



1. Health required for work as manager, every selected company needs 10 health.
2. 3/6 in this example: 3 = employees distributed to work in your companies and 6 = employees available for distribute to work in your companies
3. Food raw materials balance, sum for consume/produce.
4. Weapon raw materials balance, sum for consume/produce.


Producing results after assigned employees

You can start production as many times you want during a day as long as you still have unassigned employees or companies you didn't work in as a manager yet. However, it will be easier for you to start production only once a day.

Info: You can't produce with yours employees if you don't have enough raw in your storage.

Manage employees



Info: You can hire and fire employees depends of your places available in your companies. If you have 40 places available in your companies, you can hire 40 employees and distribute them if they worked as employee. If some of your employees didn't work as employee, you can fire them, and hire another citizens. If you forgot to distribute some worked employees, remaining undistributed employees can be distributed next day.

Attention: From now on you cannot hire more workers than that number you have in your company page. It depends on the type of companies you have. For example: if you have 29 places to hire in your companies, and you hired 29, and all 29 worked, than you can't hire anymore. You can collect employees available to distribute (that worked) for produce in your caompanies maxim 29 (in that example) per day.



Info: There is a limit for distributed employees to produce simultaneously in same company, depends what the type of you companies have. For example: if you distributed 2 employees in your food q2 company, and you push the button Start production, you can produce again in that company with another 2 employees available to assign.

Q: If i hired 40 employees, and i distributed only 20, the others 20 receive their salary?
A: If they worked and they have a green icon here http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/manage-employees/1 than the answer is yes.

Q: Unused "work" (undistributed employees that worked) will be taken to the other day?
A: Yes, you can distribute it another day.

Q: If i have q6 company (10 workers) and produce it now with only 3 workers, can i produce it again (in same day) with remaining 7 workers or 10 workers?
A: Yes, but you need to have employees available for distribute to work in your companies

Q: If i have q5 weapon company, and 10.000 iron in my storage, i can hire employees to work and produce me 200 weapons?
A: Yes.

Q: Does the not-assigned workers' working capacity lessen the number of the employable workers, if you assign their work after day-change? Or does it count for the previous day?
A: We have this situation: available place to hire 29 employees and hired 29 employees, but from these 29, only 28 worked, 1 not. From these 28 employees i assigned 27 to produce me goods, so still remaining 1 employee to produce, that i can assign tommorow, or maybe you forgot to asign it. But you can fire the rest of 28 employee that previously produced, and hire another 28 employees, and so on. The point of that is, if one of your employee worked at 23:54 eRep time, you can still assign it after daychange, wherever you want in your companies more efficiently than ever before.

Q: How many employees can you distribute it later, in other days?
A: As many as you can, depends on your production strategy. You can collect 1000, or 5000 employees available for assign, or how many you want, and distribute it when you have 100% bonus on your country, but the daily salary you will pay when employees worked.

Q: I have a Q1 food company which can hire 1 person. The employee works Monday at 6pm and Tuesday at 6pm. If I only log in till Tuesday at 1pm, can I assign Monday's work at 2pm and Tuesdays at 7pm both to the same Q1 food company on the same day?
A: Yes, you can collect unassigned available employees (that worked for you at manage employees), there is no limit.

Q: If I instead did not log in till 8pm, would my employee have been able to work twice, and if so would I have two works to assign, despite having a employee limit of 1?
A: If you have 1 hired employees, that worked once at 23:55 erep and once at 00:10, you will have 2 employees available to assign to produce. These 2 available employees to asign for produce in your company, can be assigned in same company (q1 food), select it once and push Start Producing, than again select it and push Start Producing.
