Hey guys,

As I announced a few days ago, I'm running for the PP of the IFP.

PP elections are happening in all parties in eIreland, yet, to my knowledge, I am the only one producing articles about them. Transparency is important to ensure that not only party members are kept informed, but so too the people of Ireland who vote in National elections.

I write today to re-iterate my manifesto for the next month.

Create an Identity
Very few people know what the IFP stand for. There is even a lack of confidence within the party with regards this issue. I plan to ballot members on various issues with the aim to develop policies for the party.

Form a Shadow Cabinet
Our party must have a voice and a public presence. I plan to appoint spokespersons to a Shadow Cabinet. This Shadow Cabinet will be tasked with promoting the party's policies to the people of the country and to the government.

Expand Our Membership
Our membership has been on a steady decline recently. I plan to appoint a Membership Officer who will be tasked with promoting the party and increasing our membership.

Be More Open to Talks with Others
We, as a party, cannot play favouritism when it comes to government talks. We need to be prepared to negotiate a plan for government with any other party or person who are equally open to talks with us.


So tomorrow, I'm asking the members of the IFP, to vote me as Party President.
