Join the new world

A new feature of the game is a concept termed "My Land". This was implemented a few days back, this article will try to explain what it is and how to utilize it. This feature may remind the older players of the "Uptown" and "Downtown" that was introduced with the introduction of V2. The principle is the same. you go to my lands to do your work, run your companies and do your training.

There are 2 ways to get to "My Land". The straight and simple way is to click the "My Land" tab right below the eRepublik Logo.

Easy as 1,2,3

Another way to visit your land or even someone else's land is by going to your or their profile.

To go to your profile, click on your avatar(your in game picture)


which will lead you to the profile. Now you can click the "Enter"(if its your own land) or "Visit"(if its another Citizen's Profile)


Once you enter you'll see pastures of grass having the board "Build" and pastures having the board "Buy Land".


Working and Training
The first two buildings are the company you are employed at and the training grounds respectively. You can work by clicking the hammer and train by clicking the muscle flexing arm.


"Build"
"Build" lands are assumed to be owned by you, you can start your company there(thats the only use of having free land).

When you click on "Build" You will be prompted to enter your 4 digit PIN Number


Once you enter it click "Unlock" and you'll be taken to the company creation page.


The major change in this area is that now starting a new company only costs 10 Gold while it used to cost 20. Enabling even the newest player to be able to have a company.

Word of Advice: Research thoroughly and learn how the economy works before jumping into companies, its a lot of work and the current economic climate is quite ruthless so to speak. So stay away from companies until and unless you know what you're doing.

If you are starting a manufacturing company i.e. Food, Weapons, Moving Tickets and Houses it will show how the points are distributed and what raw material is needed.


Food -> Grain
Weapon -> Iron
House -> Stone
Moving Tickets -> Oil

So if you start a company then be sure you are ready to buy the raw materials for production. You WILL NOT be able to work unless your company has raw materials.

"Buy Land"
"Buy Land" lets you buy more "Build" lands at the cost of 1000 Local currency.

Tip: Move to a country that has a really low currency value and buy 1000 of that currency and use that to Buy Land.
Once you buy that land it becomes a "Build" Land in which you can start a company of your choice.
