[Contest Entry] Why do I play eRepublik?

Day 2,500, 12:58 Published in USA USA by Malpazar

Why do any of us play eRepublik? Is it the thrill of war, politics, and economy modules? The social interaction? Maybe you like writing newspapers for practice in the real world.

Whatever the reason might be, I know why I like playing eRepublik.
It is really a simulation, and it can be fun.

You have every type of people in eRepublik, ranging from Anarchists to National Socialists, you have Communists, and Capitalists, Those who a religious or philosophical and those who are not.

SPQR was a pretty cool philosophical group

Erepublik has all kinds of people, good and bad and this is important. Erepublik can teach you about all sorts of things big and small, in eRepublik I practiced writing, and have learned about comradery from my Military Unit.
I have been with communists, Federalists, the far right, and the moderate. I have been in MU's sided with parties, and some that refuse the idea to even talk about politics.

Quick Shout out to Cannon Cocker's!

You can debate! Just recently I got into an excellent debate with J.A. Lake about a congressional article I wrote. Debate and discussion on such things make the game interesting and entertaining.

You can see villains and heroes, business men and soldiers and all sorts of people. Diversity is eRepubliks key, and it is why I play.

But in the end it is up to you the player to find what you like, whether that be economy, politics, or security there are many options the user just has to seek them.
