Greetings to the 285 remaining irish citizen.

I remember when i came to this island in the first time, we were 480, i remember i was one strong D3 warrior, but one between others. i remember D4 was defended by bhane in first line, when biednymis was a proud lieutenant. i saw Ireland capable to strike hard..

Today things are different. the new division system, the retirement of numerous good warriors, our population decreasing, we are now a nation very dependant to the diplomatic way. hopefully, Ireland is known as a good friend, a trustable ally, and this garantees us freedom for now. but you all saw with recent air strike that this freedom is fragile.

Why do you think i stopped the AS proposal? Why i tried to be present the most possible in AURORA? why i put my pride behind my duty? because i was aware of the situation and acted in consequence.

I couldn't continue my first CP month because i was absent in september, i focused our work on secure our state and treasury, to pass the relay because i knew september would be "difficult"

To all who was flaming about our finance, be really thankfull to our MoF because in august we won lot of money. currency that we lost in september because of war. without august we would be in very difficult situation now.

So this month i am candidate to propose to you the essential :

1 - be CP to give you the insurance to secure the law proposal system, without the congress control.

2 - Return to aurora and prepare a good plan, where ireland is in first line. on this point, i promise to give more details in articles. i was secret to not waste the initiative of aurora attacks but i understand some of you needs to know how this works and how ireland is considered.

3 - Continue the work to increase our treasury, the guarant of our safety.

4 - Focus on attract good fighters in ireland, an independant MU and/or group of players motivated for a new challenged. we have to increase our pool of warriors.

---> 4 steps, 4 imperative tasks.

I will recall all players who worked with me in august.

All active players have a great role to play, try together to play in the same pattern or we will continue to an unpleasant future.

I am only devoted to ireland, no less, no more.

Also how do you propose to attract foreign MUs with good fighters? There has to be a good incentive for them to come to Ireland.

The reason why Ireland is weak is in systematic plunder of state money by this orcs in such magnitude no money is actually left to be used to defend this wretched country.

Likes of Seanan, An SLuagh, Sweet, COleman and rest of orcs who only cares of their advances and their benefits.

And they successfully parasite this country coz of their total control of state money.

The only thing that could prevent them from thefts is full transparency of state money.

You Banshee..you as CP had a chance to stop all this and prevent future thefts...

But no...you instead joined in covering for them and letting them bleed this country dry financially.

We will be invaded if enemies find out how much money we have?

Ian stole one of my questions. I a not Irish becuse the bonus makes it impossible to self sustain. Question, Last time you were CP you wrote 2 articles the whole month, from memory, how many would you write if elected this time? Will you keep the level of the state treasury and the budget a secret?

i wanted to write 1 article/week, i wrote 3 articles. i just missed one week because 2 other ministries already wrote an article and said what i had to say.

btw i am sure we wrote more articles (all my cabinet) in august than in september.

i will sure make one article a week, mys word (btw i repeat i just missed one article)

for the finance i don't think i will change the level of secrecy, i want to raise it in first move but i think reveal the benefits is a good idea
