Dear friends and readers

While talking with a friend of mine, The Equalist, he suggested writing the History of TWO - complete with some observations. The rationale being that many people have missed parts of TWO, for whatever reason, and would like to see a big picture. For the past year, I have been close to many who had power within TWO, people including, but not limited to, Kravenn, Thomas and Talon as well as getting involved with HQ myself.

I would like to apologise for the lateness of this second release, alas Real Life calls and I have been rather busy over the last couple of days.

The first part of my trilogy can be read which covers the Early Days of TWO. This article will cover the middle part, which is also the longest era of TWO. I call it the ‘Days of Imperialism’ as this marks the moment when The World truly became Ours.

Days of Imperialism
Marked by the conflict called World War VI which was waged between Circle of Trust and TWO this lasted until shortly after the collapse of Circle of Trust and the introduction of Determination. Roughly from May 2013 until October 2013.

WW6 was launched as Slovenia refused to negotiate any longer with Switzerland and so wiped them, at the same time Greece was included in the alliance as a full member, becoming the 7th full member of TWO. In retaliation for the Serbian PTO of AMP (American Military Party) and the invasion of Switzerland, the US launched an attack upon Serbian-held France. This was initially successful pushing Serbia back into Italy.

Hungary launched an invasion into Russia, Lithuania and New Zealand switched sides joining ACT and being the first nations to leave Circle of Trust. Turkey and Argentina moved to pro-TWO while Croatia became pro-CoT leaving China to remain neutral, along out of the major EDEN nations. Germark, in retaliation of the war invaded Lithuania and so were counter-invaded by the United Kingdom resulting in Germark sueing for peace. Elsewhere in Northern Europe, ASGARD moved to the side of CoT along with Ireland due to long-standing conflict with TWO forces.

June saw the highlight of the alliance. Hungary had reached the Pacific coast crushing Russia. Serbia has re-taken France and Airstrikes were ready to be used. TWO launched the largest operation the alliance ever undertook with Seven Nations invading the United States of America with one aim - total annihilation. The UK, Poland, Serbia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hungary and Montenegro in a mix of Airstrikes and border invasions punched into America and began to crush them. By the 4th July the USA was under the control of Hungary, Serbia and Poland who settled down in their new regions. Likewise, Mexico was almost entirely occupied.

A Wiped States

Counter-Attack + Pacific Front
The Pacific Front opened with the inclusion of New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand and Australia into ACT predominantly fighting Indonesia and Chile. During the middle of the war, Argentina held down much of Chile occupying their attention leaving Indonesia and Croatia as TWO’s main rival for dominance of the Pacific.

Taiwan dominated the northern Pacific keeping down Japan and South Korea, although intermittent strikes would see them forced back to their Island time and again. The main war zone would be, again and again, Australia. It was to their rescue that the UK launched an Airstrike into the heart of Indonesia. Ultimately a failure, it nevertheless allowed Australia to make a temporary comeback.


The World as CoT made a - brief - comeback

It was at the same time that the Circle of Trust Counter-Attack struck at the same time of weakened TWO leadership and co-ordination between the member states. The Hungarian Empire was broken, with Ukraine, Russia and the USA breaking free and launching attacks against them. This was carried on into Serbian territory almost wiping the nation and ending their empire. Slovenia and the United Kingdom also suffered from this collapse of co-ordination losing their overseas possessions everywhere except Ireland - which they had signed a deal with - while Slovenia was pushed out of Switzerland and Italy.

Around this time, Albania and Bosnia, long term enemies of Serbia escaped the Balkan Cage to India winging their way via Airstrikes. Aided by Croatia they would stay there for a month or two until mobiles from TWO forced them out leaving Croatia alone in India once more.



Stability Returns
This state of affairs would last for the best part of 2 weeks ending shortly after the elections in August bringing stability to TWO. This allowed the alliance to rebuild their empires and prevented the collapse of Poland.

Poland was able to re-wipe the USA and keep them down long enough to sign a peace deal between the States, themselves and Spain in October leaving control of large parts of the US in Polish hands but ensuring US non-interference with TWO. A major nation of Circle of Trust had made a deal ending the war they were engaged in, a major moment in WW6. Symbolically the States had been the main enemy in CoT. By surrendering, this was a symbol the end was finally in sight. Finally, in response to this, Circle of Trust dissolved. As Prime Minister of the UK when this occurred, it was...interesting...to say the least. I half expected TWO to collapse when Circle of Trust ended, but it didn’t.

So ended the Days of Imperialism - with victory and the saluting of yet another fallen alliance.
