Reunidos los gobiernos de Portugal y España a día 10 de agosto se ha acordado terminar con la guerra entre países vecinos después de 10 meses de guerra.

Confirmado el Pacto de no Agresión por ambos congreso se procederá a votar la anulación del NE y enviar la declaración de paz
La duración del NAP será de 3 meses a contar desde la fecha de aprobación, y consta de los siguientes puntos:

Condiciones del NAP:

España ofrece Baleares por 1 mes con los impuestos
España ofrece alquilar los meses siguientes baleares por el 50% de los impuestos recaudados
España ayudará a Portugal en caso de existir un intento de MTO luchando por la democracia con CO si fuera necesario
Duración 3 meses
País que se llamará de intermediario del NAP: Brasil


Para garantizar el NAP cada país donará 100k al país garante, en este caso será eBrasil, el cual devolverá 50k por mes a ambos países cada día 10 (10-9 y 10-10)


Esperamos que esto sea el primer paso para la pacificación de la península y una buena convivencia entre los pueblos que están en ella.

SPAIN-PORTUGAL OFFICIAL NAP


Gathered the governments of ePortugal and eSpain in August 10th, They have agreed to end hostilities between neighboring countries after 10 months of war.

Once Non-Aggression Pact has been confirmed by both congresses, cancellation of NE will be voted and and then a declaration of peace will be sent.
The duration of the NAP will be 3 months from the date of approval, and includes the following points:

NAP conditions:

eSpain offers Balearic Islands territory for 1 month including all the taxes collected during that time.
The following months, eSpain offers the rental of Balearic Islands territory for the 50% of the taxes collected in that territory.
eSpain will help ePortugal if any attempt to MTO would occur, fighting for democracy and setting COs if necessary.
NAP will have a duration of 3 months.
eBrazil will be called as Intermediary and guarantor country for this NAP.


To ensure compliance of this NAP ,each country will donate 100k cc to the guarantor country, in this case eBrazil, which will return 50k per month the following two months to both signing countries , each day 10 of the month (10/9 and 10/10)


We hope this will be the first step to the pacification of the peninsula and to the good coexistence among people who live in it.
